Butler Animal Clinic is proud to serve the Jacksonville FL area for everything pet related. Our veterinary clinic is run by Dr. Donald Cook, who is a licensed, experienced Jacksonville veterinarian. Our team is committed to educating our clients on how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition, exercise, and preventative care.
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

Me and my roommate have 4 cats, the people here are so kindhearted, heartfelt, informative, very professional, and overall the ONLY place we will ever go to. If there are charges and you have questions, they will have answers. They give you every possible choice, and chance to do what is best for your animals. They are very well educated and very helpful with questions you may have. I 100% recommend this place and wouldn't have anyone else.

We were searching for a vet to not only see our two dogs for an annual visit, but become their regular provider. After calling all around the area and either not being helped or not being answered or being offered appointments well into next year, Butler Animal Clinic answered, spoke with me about the dogs’ needs and asked when I wanted to bring them in. Only days later, I took both dogs to the office and was excited to see a friendly, professional office who explained what would happen during the visit. The doctor gave both dogs a thorough exam, told me the results, and asked if I had any concerns

The best animal clinic my pets have ever been to. They care so much about the animals, give out phone numbers to check in on animals often after procedures/vaccines, and my pets are at ease in the clinic. Madison at the front desk is amazing. Couldn’t recommend a better, more trustworthy place to bring your pets!! :)
