I called Royal Smog at 8:30 am for a sunroof leak and they had me in the shop within an hour. We talked about the issue and they said give us 2 hours. Within that time period they called me with their prognosis and gave me what it would cost and asked for permission to proceed. And even said they could send me photos of the progress( I said not necessary. I had a good feeling for this place. ) They called very quickly and said they were done, explaining to me exactly what they did. When I arrived to pick my car up they verbally told me again what they did and gave me a written tabulation of what

Called about a wiring diagnostic in the morning and was able to bring my car in that same day. When I got here, the man in charge knew exactly that I was the one that called. He was very kind and explained everything throughly. They found and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. Awesome workers and great customer service. Would definitely bring my car back to them :)

I was one of the first reviews for this place. but I don’t see it anymore so I’m leaving another. They are honest. I’ve taken my Cadillac there for oil change and small maintenance in the past and now my other car I brought here they are much quicker than big box stores for oil change and they do smog and repair. One time I went there and they quoted me a little lower on accident due to a small mixup and even though they didn’t have to they still honored the lower price they gave me.

I recently bought a used car and brought it to Royal for a Smog Test. It obviously needed work.. They exceeded my expectations by far. I got a lot more than what we negotiated for service-wise. The customer service is awesome and my car was ready faster than I'd anticipated. I won't go anywhere else.

Well let me start off saying that I was in panic mode and these guys really eased that pain.😊 first, the guy that was in charge was very nice and professional and what he did was broke down what he was going to do to find the problem. Secondly, he gave me a price on how much it was going to cost and he found my part all the way in L.A. finally he fixed and smogged my truck and it passed. On top of that he knocked off 100 dollars just to help me out. What an awesome place and experience so I would fully recommend this place for repairs and smog. Go see for yourself my friends. This is the truth

Wow, best service I have received from a shop in a very long time. I tried repairing something on my car myself (mistake I know) and didn't realize what I was getting into. I called and explained my problem and they took me in on short notice late afternoon yesterday. Sam told me what needed to be done and even showed what the plan was. They even gave me a courtesy ride to and from my house while the car was being worked on. Thanks for treating me like family, I really appreciate it! Excellent service all around, thanks so much!
