I need to give them 5 stars because they made a mistake on my order. Instead of complaining or passing the buck to another department they immediately fixed the mistake and made perfect on the order.

Had 6 reports of 20 pages in color to be printed for this morning and some business card (last minute rush)
Last night I searched for printing companies who would provide same day service...
Came at 8:30am to Rapid Color Printing after I read some reviews that this place can make it happens.

Always a slow and larthargic response on trying to make purchases. I tried to order business cards, brochures, and other promotional items. Was told only one individual could help...called them many times and was told I would get proofs and estimates same if not next day. Took almost a week and by that time I got tired of waiting around I purchased the items online for literally a third of the price! After I already made the purchase; finally got an estimate not even a proof!

I usually don't leave reviews but it wouldn't be fair to say something about this company. Customer service is amazing. They did everything we asked in one day, gave us a great price and followed up on everything. Not just I'd recommend them to a friend but we'll be back to do more business with them for sure.

Rapid Color is the best printing company in Las Vegas, period. Despite my OCD tendencies and strict deadlines, Rapid Color has never failed to impress me time after time. Worked with a few printing services and this is by far THE BEST printing company I've ever dealt with. Fast, efficient, quality service from a place where customer service is still kept at high standards and everyone from the receptionist to the delivery person was extremely helpful and pleasant. ( A rare find in a city like this) I will definitely keep coming back and recommend anyone looking for any printing company in Las Vegas to check it out.
