After 66 years of not only being embarrassed about my smile due to missing teeth, add to it, grinding them down to almost nothing during my sleep , Dr Ragnell fitted me with a whole new set of teeth which I think is the best looking teeth on the planet...I can't tell you how much I love them and what a fantastic job he and his staff did. I just wish I wouldn't have waited so long. I now know why he calls is dental practice ISMILE, cause that's all I do now.

This office is very friendly, courteous and professional. However, I chose to leave after Dr Ragnell took over the practice from Dr Avant. Too many changes for my comfort.....
My husband stayed because of the convenience. I am so disappointed in the consistently high fees, despite having insurance coverage. The initial charges are much, much higher than the dentist I see.
But, recently, we received a tersely worded collections notice for an unpaid balance. The issue is that, not only is the balance not in arrears, but we never got a bill that anything was due. Our family have been patients

Never seen a dentist that provided such poor quality of care. My wife and I went to Dr. Ragnell for several years after he took over the practice from Dr. Avant.
The office is beautiful, but let's face it, people don't go to the dentist for the surroundings. They go because they value their smile and expect a dentist that knows what he or she is doing.

My expectations of going to the dentist are based only on what I remember from my time in the military: mostly pain or discomfort, and long waits. I recently went to iSmile for a checkup/cleaning, and it was definitely a nice change to have a dental team that really cares about your comfort and respects your time.

Just got my teeth cleaned at Dr. Ragnell's yesterday. I have been a patient for years and was there when it was Dr. Avant. The office is gorgeous. Very mediterranean feel to it (which I think was Dr. Avant's doing if I am not mistaken). The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The hygenist who always cleans my teeth is very friendly and tries to be nice about yelling at me because I don't floss! Dr. Ragnell is a very friendly, professional man as well. All in all, it is always a pleasant experience (as pleasant as a dentist can be!)
