Everything was great we had a big order and even got a free sesame chicken becouse it was over 50 loved the boneless ribs the fried wontons and honestly my entire order

First time,and the Last time!! While waiting what did I see but a mouse....I did leave with my order..but decided not to eat it...just lost my appetite..thinking about that mouse
Scampering back and forth..I did tell the
Lady...her response "are you sure"

Food was gross in my opinion. Got the curry chicken and the vegetables had a weird chemically taste. Had to throw it out. My sons sesame chicken was okay but the pan fried dumplings had a weird taste to them too.

The food is excellent. However, they should be wearing a mask. None of the cooks were wearing masks while preparing the food. Extremely unsanitary. Wear your mask when dealing with people’s food, especially during a pandemic.

I stopped by here while waiting for my partner to get a haircut. (She was wearing black pants) I got a pork egg roll and some cold sesame noodles. There was litter in the parking lot. I hope I didn't get the COVID-19. It was sunny and warm. I'm still hungry, but at least it'll hold me over until I get some alcohol in my stomach later. I might go home and watch a movie on Netflix.

My husband and I love Wing Sing! We order from there all the time. However over the last two times we have ordered the lady taking our order was down right rude over the phone. Normally this kinda of thing doesn’t really bother me but this was really unlike this place to give this type of service.

We moved recently and asked around and found out that Wing sing kitchen is 7 minutes away from Chelsea Ridge Complex and has good food. So I called them up and tried it out and love their food, good service and the staff is very nice. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good Chinese food place to eat at.

Having ordered from here weekly and being treated as I was tonight is appalling. Ordered the usual for delivery and when at the door was told I never paid. I send him away saying I did. He comes back with a woman on the phone saying to give the card again. I do a second time. Check my bank account to see it was charged twice now. I call back she says yes she lost the receipt. She needs to call the company for their terminal to have the card refunded. She calls back and asks my card a third time for the refund. I ask what is she going to do about the inconvenience she says nothing and hangs up as

I love Wing Sing! The food is very good and flavorful. Tip: Get the chicken wings well done. Thank me later. The service is great! I’ve seen some negative remarks on the service, but you have to understand...there’s a cultural and language barrier both parties must navigate. If you have a little patience and don’t take small missteps too personally (as with anything in life), it’s not bad. The food is worth it. Wing Sing is good comfort food.

Three orders of dumplings were just delivered completely burnt. When I called the restaurant so they could exchange them I was told, “Only three pieces were burnt when we sent them. I’m not sending you new ones.” Everyone makes mistakes; however these were delivered and the chef/owner knew they were burnt before even sending them out. As the pics show the entire order was black. How is this okay? When I informed them I was going to take pics and post I was informed, “I don’t care.”
