Dr. Bridget Holden completed her undergraduate studies at The Colorado College and graduated from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. She then completed her rotating internship at VCA Emergency Animal Hospital in 2009. She has been been a General Practitioner in the South and Central Orange County area since.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we'll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet. In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet's medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.
I have been coming here for 22 years. Everyone is always friendly and professional. Can be a bit pricey but I'm sure Tustin Ranch rents have a lot to with that. My cats have been treated extremely well. My cat Hank seems to love the place and when he gets home he will stand at door wanting more attention.
So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we require that payment be made at the time services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. We provide treatment plan estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations.

SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY! They will charge you extra for picking up your pet after 12pm and they will call you on purpose that your pet is ready for pick up 15 minutes before 12pm! They are trying to maximise profits aggressively and get every cent out of you. Gave my dog a flee treatment that didn't work at all. Didn't see that he has a rash on his paw that causes the itching in the first place. He is still itching. Brought him for teeth cleaning and wanted to have that checked again but their doctor wasn't scheduled so now they want to charge me for another exam. Shame on you scammers

Do not come here if you care about your pet and your wallet. This was my puppy's primary vet for a few months and no exaggeration they have racked up the bill to $500 every time we come adding unnecessary things WITHOUT explanation. This was even after explaining to them that my family & I were in financial hardship during COVID. I wouldn't trust Dr. Nyguen. As she doesn't explain anything to her customers. Thank you to the team here... I am thankful that I could get a same day appointment with Dr. Cathy Nguyen here as I had a particular situation I was in. I was informed by my cousin's care taker that my cousin's cat was acting differently and I have no knowledge of how to tell if he was unwell. I knew I needed professional help right away and glad Dr. Nguyen and her team was able to accommodate. Dr. Nguyen truly love animals and is very detailed to examine Coconut's health diagnosis. I've been coming to this vet for years and honestly the quality is just going downhill. The front office receptionist, Skyler is incredibly rude and not at all helpful. I chopped it up to a bad day when I've spoken with him in the past but his customer service has been subpar on multiple occasions. They rack up charges on needless things and take advantage of unknowing pet parents. We really liked Dr. Cohen but will be permanently moving on fron ACTR

Wow. Just wow. I really am blown away by the amazing customer service from this clinic. I called and made an emergency appointment for my dog, and from start to finish of my appointment, I was treated with attentiveness, compassion, and kindness.

Milo Mittens is over 5 years old now... we've been bringing him here for his annual wellness check-ups, shots, monthly claw trims, etc. since he was 6 weeks old. The staff here are super friendly and they always know it's regarding Milo when I call before I even mention his name.
That being said, it IS a tad pricey here. I feel that I can say that in all fairness because I've called quite a few other veterinary clinics for estimates on certain procedures. It's not that far off that it has deterred me from continually bringing Milo back, though. You get what you pay for and
