A true professional who is the best at his craft. I had to relocate to Tampa FL for work with little notice and did not have time to ready my home to list. I needed a realtor to be the point person in Austin to communicate with contractors and prepare my home to sell. I was able to sell my home in November never needing to travel back to Austin. Jimmy handled everything.

My wife and I were referred to Jimmy when it came time to put our house on the market. We were planning on listing in late December, but with the intent of being out of the country when the house sold. Jimmy assured us there'd be no issues and walked us through everything we needed to do. The house had offers rolling in the first 2 weeks and sold after being on the market for just over 30 days for the exact price he predicted it would sell for. He also provided recent comp sales for similar houses in the same neighborhood to give us a baseline to compare offers to, with no pressure to accept

Jimmy knows his stuff when it comes to selling houses. We should know—he sold two of our houses when me and my husband got married, and then found us our new home. Jimmy was an excellent partner during both the sale of our former home and the purchase of our current home. He is knowledgeable, happy to educated when needed and was able to point out the positives and negatives, that we missed, on certain properties. Jimmy did not let my emotions/excitement take over when they should not. Thanks Jimmy for that! We are 100% satisfied and happy with the home he helped us find a year ago (in 2016).
