Terrible customer service and a terrible business overall. Placed an order with them last year for a design on white shirts, and over a week after they were supposed to be done I was told that the shirts are all printed in different colors and on different brands. I was told I can get free shirts as replacement, and when I went to place the new order it took over a week for someone to respond to me. In addition to this, I was told the shirts would be done before thanksgiving, then it changed to December 4th, and after that it was weeks until I got a response that I would be getting a tracking number

I worked for this company and on my first salary, I had to chase the owner/CEO Casey Woods for a week. Lol Which is not normal to any company at all. And now, I am still chasing him for my last paycheck. It's been going on for 3 weeks now. He first promised he will pay but didn't and now he isn't responding to any of my emails and that's almost a week now. Please don't support this kind of business who doesnt value their employees.

Ordered some printed shirts online from another shop and had a design issue where a line of text got left off at the bottom of the shirt. Could not reach a reasonable deal with the original shop to reprint so I contacted about 10 local print shops to see if they could add on the last line.
It did take a few weeks to hear back initially, but this shop was the only one that was able to help fix my shirts. Most turned me down for not meeting minimums, not having the capability for printing on dark shirts, or not being able to realign the already printed shirts.

Movement printing is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with in my life. All the 5 start reviews you see here are from current or pst employees. They can't complete an order on time even if their lives were at stake. They NEVER respond to phone calls (the number listed bring you to a wash and fold place) and if you get an email back from them it's because you sent about 7 in a row to them. They take your money without even thinking about it, and you either get shirts that you literally did not order or you don't even get shirts at all. From what I've heard, movement printing

Movement Printing took my money in September and never shipped my product. Reached out to them several times via phone calls, voice messages, Instagram and their website. Was told several times by the owner and staff that my item would ship and it never did so they are not trustworthy. Asked for a refund and they ignored me. Poor business and communication skills. Would not recommend working with them.
