I placed an order for one jacket. They said it would take more than 2 weeks. The promised date arrived and I was not notified. I called after the promise date and it was not ready. They had not even started it. They refused to refund my credit card. When I picked up the jacket they gave me someone else’s item. The lack of organization, structure, customer service, and everything else expected by a business is obviously lacking or entirely absent from Big T printing. Don’t waste your time and/or money by doing business with them.

We used Big T for tanks/polos for our team members. We were excited to partner with a LOCAL business to get the shirts. The customer service we received from the team at Big T and especially Gary was absolutely 5 star! Gary was so hands on, even right down to allowing us to pick out our very specific thread colors and the turn around time was quick! We couldn't be happier with the final product(s) and will definitely use Big T Printing in the future.

I ordered 1 jacket for my son a month ago. They have not even started making it. I called to inquire, the person was very dismissive and had an attitude of "i don't care." Way to expensive as well. A simple jacket for a 5 year old was $35! Unprofessional, expensive, and very untimely. Feeling very disappointed. I'll be visiting Lands' End instead.

Can’t get over how amazing this place is! Top notch service, easy to work with, very knowledgeable about all the things I asked. Was able to understand exactly what I needed and got it to me in a timely fashion. I absolutely have to say their graphic designer is amazing, hits a high note with me every time and it’s like they are telepathic with my needs, a Nd creativity is top notch as well.

I've ordered shirts here before a couple years ago and just submitted another order a week ago. I'm thoroughly impressed with how easy they were to work with. The whole quote process, choosing colors and walking you through the ordering options was made very very simple and I like simple. They're not the cheapest but BUT they are far from being expensive either. Their attention and product quality is very worth it.

Easy in person ordering. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Good selection of shirts and colors. We have received a ton of compliments on our embroidered logo. Cost was reasonable, too. Subsequent orders were done telephonically (convenient). Gave had multiple orders and pleased with service and quality of craftsmanship.
