My family and I have been enjoying our time at The Century! My kids love playing basketball, and the board games that are available in the lounge area. Everyone on staff has been very helpful and accommodating, especially Keri! Keri has been amazing with making our move in process go smoothly. Maurice and the maintenance staff are awesome with making sure everything in our home is up to date and working properly! Thank you to the entire staff at The Century!

I moved in a couple months ago and I am really enjoying my time here at the century. This is my last semester at Purdue and I regret for not finding this place earlier. It has a very quiet environment and everyone here is so nice and welcoming. The entire staff is helpful and friendly, especially Laura!!! She moved me in and willing to spend time with me for the tour and follow questions. This place makes me feel at home 💕

In searching for a place to call home, I wanted a quiet, clean environment, with the amenities of the Century. Relocating can be challenging and overwhelming at times, but, thanks to Keri and her team the process was seamless. Moreover, Keri followed through to ensure I was adjusting well. Awesome staff...I'm happy I decided on The Century.

Kurtis is awesome! He worked with me to get a quick move-in to a corner unit! Keri actually took my daughters on an additional tour of not only the model unit but our actual apartment! The entire staff is great! Now to the apartment, the move-in inspection was easy to complete as the unit looks brand new. The amenities, appliances, location are the best in the area. And there is a pub in walking distance after ten hours in the lab, haha!!!!

While going through different properties, I found The century apartment's webpage. Furthermore, I have looked at the apartments over Zoom and found they are at par with the price standard. I am yet to live there. I am planning to move in there around the first week of December 2021. Hitherto, Kurtis is assisting me through the administrative processing. He is very prompt and supportive in his action. I look forward to stay in the Century apartments, West Lafayette.

Free propane for grills? Are you kidding me? You would be hard pressed to find another apartment complex with such fantastic amenities. The saltwater pool and indoor basketball court are a huge bonus. The perks make it superior to all other local properties in my opinion. The staff is top tier; Keri, Kurtis, and Laura do a great job communicating with residents and bringing the community together for events. 10/10 recommend.

There’s spider webs everywhere and it’s not just as a halloween decoration. This place is infested with spiders, I got bit on my balcony by a poisonous spider and literally still have a scar and it’s been over a month. The package room never sends me texts when my packages arrive. It’s pretty expensive. I enjoy the area and the actual apartment despite the 25 birds that chill on our balcony and excessive spiders. The office staff can be very nice and helpful but the property manager is very rude. She got snippy with me after I asked a question about our us being overcharged. Miss the old

Wow! What a beautiful, newly built apartment complex in W. Lafayette. Moving from across the country, Keri was incredible and extremely responsive with all of our questions, comments, concerns that we had. We felt right at home even before moving in. Kurtis has been attentive and mindful of us and our concerns/needs. Giving 5 stars to the staff as they have made our first couple months so smooth. The building is well kept and the staff is conscientious with what needs to get done.
Appliances are very nice. Amenities are wonderful - a well-kept pool, clean gym, and basketball court! Nearby trails

Excellent location to live from top to bottom - the apartments are very nice and I have enjoyed living at The Century thus far. Great amenities and location. The apartments are new, clean, and have nice appliances.
I feel the staff is the best part of this apartment complex. They have all been friendly, helpful, and understanding any time I have interacted with them. I can honestly say they are the first apartment staff I feel I can have a conversation with and feel as though I’m being listened to as a person and not just another client.
