Anas was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly, was professional, and reasonably priced. Our company used ALTEK for some emergency structural work at a commercial building in Miami. Anas was available, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He was always willing to take phone calls to help in any way possible. He prepared plans and documents ready for submittal to the city. Anas was great to work with. I was very pressed for time and needed a foundation inspection done with short notice, and he performed the inspection under difficult crawlspace conditions with cameras. He's very honest and knowledgeable in this subject matter and provided good advice for my home purchase.
