Made appointment with Dr.Stein as new patient specifically for a cleaning. Instead of Dr. Stein , was assigned to the new DDS on staff, right out of dental school and full of attitude. Was told I would not receive my cleaning that day, as I needed a deep cleaning and they did not have time for that. They also wanted to pad my insurance with an additional panoramic X-ray after doing the normal mouth X-rays.
