Our vision for JAM Fitness Coaching is to create opportunities for you to live your best life. Jon's passion for helping people and fitness led him to his career and founding JAM Fitness.
Hybrid training brings the best of a personal training session and group workout class together. It is an affordable option for those who need individualized attention and have a specific goal in mind. Through this program, your results and goals will be accomplished faster while working directly with a coach.
Private training is our top tier program. Your coach will help guide you to your best possible self. We use science-based training and nutrition protocols centered specifically around your needs and goals. Mobility and stretching techniques are incorporated to prevent injury and are geared toward your specific body structure and daily habits.

By far the best gym I've ever been to. Like many others I originally came here to lose weight because nothing else I tried was working. After working with Jon, Matt, and Yvonne I not only lost weight but I learned so much about nutrition, how to properly exercise, AND how to feel confident and comfortable in my own body. The trainers here truly care about their clients and we are all one big family. I am now the healthiest, strongest, and most confident version of myself. If you are looking for a place that will make you feel comfortable in and out of the gym, and that will give you more knowledge

I came to Jam with a goal to get stronger after going through back surgery and being unable to work out at the gym without consistently reinjuring myself. Jon targeted exercises that were easy on my back and slowly but surely I became stronger and learned what I can and cannot do. I have an arsenal of exercises now just for my body! Jon is knowledgeable and pushes just enough, without being bossy. I am grateful that I found this little gym in the South Hills. If your working towards a goal, no matter how small, they can help you get there.

I love JAM! The trainers Jon and Matt are so knowledgeable and motivating. They take time with each member correcting form and pushing you to go further than what you “think” you can do. The workouts are constantly changing so you don’t get bored and aren’t always doing the same movements. I can’t recommend them enough. You won’t find a cleaner gym or better trainers around!

JAM Fitness is the best place to get serious fitness results with the added bonus of stepping into a community of people that care about you and your fitness goals. Jon and Matt take the time to teach you proper form and push you whether it’s encouraging you to pick up bigger weights or cracking a joke (or a good pun) in the middle of a workout. JAM Fitness is a fun and collaborative place to get your sweat on. I spent the better part of a year telling all of my friends and family about it for good reason 😌
