Communication is the worst I've ever experienced. I had to keep calling to find out the status of my vehicle...told it was one $900 issue and then i was told it was another 300 issue...he kept it for two weeks and still couldn't tell me what was wrong with it...after growing agitated with my calls he told me he didn't know what was wrong, when I would get my car back or how much it would cost..

I went to get an oil change, the owner was very nice BUT I later found out that he charged me double compared to what the BMW dealer charge for an oil change. I will not take my car back there for an oil change. His explanation for the increase was that the cost of oil had went up. Well, I guess the BMW Dealership did not get that memo.

Horrible. I was sold something they never actual had. I tried calling to see where my part was, but they are only open 1 day a week, so I had to wait until the following week to talk to someone. I wanted a rush order but settled for regular shipping even though it would be close on time. My mistake was in thinking they actually had what they sold me. I was told I didn't get a call because they had the wrong number and maybe I gave them the wrong one... Yes, it was suggested I got my own phone number wrong. Original guy...horrible. Second guy, polite, but pointless since they already hung me out
