I am guardian to my special needs sister, age 62. She needed extensive dental work. Luckily, someone told me about Triax Dental in Nashville. All the employees were knowledge, gentle, understanding, and so very nice. Very bad experience in the past kept me from getting my sister the help she needed because I didn't know where to go for help. Much guilt rested on my shoulders. I am so relieved to find this practice! Dr Sarah Pasch was amazing! Highly recommended!!

Went to this DenYtist to have a teeth cleaning that was covered by my insurance. Was suggested that I could use a "Deep Cleaning" that would have cost $500 out of pocket. Told them I didn't want that at this time and then was informed that they wouldn't even perform a regular cleaning that was covered by my Insurance. Best of luck to new customers!

Triax dental, caters to people with special needs and disabilities because, most people in that category are unable to decipher between what has been done properly and what has been neglected. I visited Triax dental three times the first time it was for a cleaning the cleaning was not done throughly and I decided not to return. A few weeks later the area where the irritation was occurring had gotten worse. I returned because I was losing sleep, and I knew they accepted my insurance and were convenient. This was a mistake Sarah Pasch, DMD told me that the source of the irritation and inflammatory

This was my first dental visit in long time so I was a little hesitant. The staff made my mom and I both feel very welcomed as if we had known them for years. They went through and explained exactly what they were doing, exactly what was needed and walked us through how to get there.I would highly recommend this office to my friends and family.

Had a great visit to Triax Dental with Dr. Raffoul! Very friendly, answered my questions, was a very comfortable and nice visit. Makaytlin was great as well. Look forward to going back.
After the visit, we ran into a minor insurance issue, where one of the x-rays I received was not covered by my insurance as was thought. I had asked about this during my appointment, and was assured the x-ray was covered by my insurance.
After some followup discussions, Triax decided to waive the charge for this x-ray. I was very grateful for this! Good commitment to patient service and to honoring the discussions

From the moment I walked in to the second I left, I knew this would be my new favorite dentist! I was a new patient and It didn’t take long to fill out paperwork or to get me back for my cleaning. I had Kelley as my hygienist. She is super nice and friendly! She seemed to really love her job and knew her facts! She engaged in good conversation with me throughout my whole visit. She, along with the doctor, helped me with a tooth that I chipped and was super insecure about. They also discovered some wisdom teeth that I didn’t even know about and tackled that issue right away. Wonderful experience from start to finish. As a new patient they got me in quickly, the staff is helpful and friendly, made me feel welcome especially since I haven't been to the dentist in several years. They made me feel so comfortable!!
