Our son, Taj, had 2 baby teeth pulled today to accomodate some orthodontic work. Dr. Crystal and her staff were awesome as always! She talked Taj (and the parents) through the entire process which lasted about 20 minutes. Our son said he didnt feel a thing. Both of our kids have been going to Great Smiles for a few years and it's always been a great experience for the kids. Thank you Dr Crystal and the entire staff.

Hi Everyone! I would not encourage going to Great Smiles if you're looking out for your hard earned cash. Especially in the midst of a pandemic. I broke my permanent retainer which cost me $650 to replace (top and bottom) originally. It then popped off a single tooth about three months later, of which they charged me $175 for a 20 minute office visit and a re-glue. Now again 6 months later, the same tooth has popped off and they are requesting another $175. At my last appointment, I was told if anything happens within the year it would be of no charge.
