Dr. Elona Gaball loves building relationships with and caring for people. She sees what makes each person different, appreciates their individuality and creates personalized treatment plans according to each person's optimal oral health needs and desires. She has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years since graduating from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry as a top student.
I grew up in Arizona, and moved to California in 2013. Completed my Dental Assistant training from Grossmont Health Occupations Center in 2014, and currently in school finishing prereqs for Dental Hygiene. Once my program was complete, went into Pediatric Dentistry for almost 2 years before temping and finding Dr. Gaball's office.

Curtis Gaball, MD is Dr Elona Gaball's husband. He is a fellowship trained Facial Plastic Surgeon. He has been Board Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since 2011 and by the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery since 2007. He has held an academic appointment training other doctors how to perform this type of surgery since 2008.
Dr. Deborah Ruprecht is a California native raised in Orange County and attended the University of Southern California for her undergraduate, doctorate and specialty in Periodontics. Dr. Ruprecht founded her private practice in 2000 with an integrated approach to oral health and implant dentistry. Education, prevention, planning and good communication are the pillars of her practice philosophy.

I needed some work done so I was asking around for a recommendation, I was referred to Dr.Elona Gaball by multiple people. I called and was set up by Monya, seriously one of the nicest humans I've ever met, genuinely listened, and got me an appointment very quickly, they were able to work around my schedule. Dr Gaball called me the night before my appointment to follow up to make sure I get everything I need taken care of..WOW!! More than just a dentist office! The first thing that stuck out for me was that EVERYONE in the office made me feel very welcomed. During my first visit they were very thorough and there was a lot of information being introduced to me, but they made sure that I didn't leave until I understood everything. Dr. Gaball is amazing and so kind. And I love the way my teeth look now.
My teeth needed reshaping because they were uneven. She was able to reshape them the way I wanted and now they look straight.
Also, the office is very cute and the receptionist is welcoming. In fact, they sprayed some essential oils to make me feel more calm and relaxed which I appreciated. Now I can’t stop smiling! (:

I am so happy our family found Dr. Gaball! She is very knowledgeable and professional. She did an excellent job bonding some of mine and my daughter's teeth. Inspire Smiles is hands down the best at what they do! It’s safe to say that going to the dentist can be nerve racking and cause some anxiety. But going to see Dr. Gaball and Teresa (and the rest of the AMAZING staff) yesterday was unbelievably calming. Let me say first that I am not a fan of the dentist and always avoid going in for cleanings and procedures. I was in the market for a new dentist and was referred to Inspire Smiles by a good friend. Upon arrival the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all of my new patient paperwork. My hygienist Tiffany was outstanding! She was extremely gentle yet thorough, and she walked me through everything that she was doing as well as what I needed to do to improve my tooth and gum health. Dr. Gaball was amazing as well and she definitely put my nerves at ease with her knowledge and expertise.

STAY AWAY! Dr. Gaball and her staff will pretend to care about you but really all they care about is money. You will be up charged for every service you sign up for and she has a long list of ads ons her staff push as medically recommended but in reality they are not.

Usually not the biggest fan of going to the dentist but then again, who is? Until I found out that my old hygienist, Tiffany Bombard had relocated to Inspire Smiles! I have been going to Inspire Smiles just the last couple of years. In that short amount of time Iv'd had fillings done and several cleanings. During 2020 and 2021 they have taken many health precautions to make sure everyone is safe, also providing extra gum care to help boost immune function and response. If I could give this office more than 5 stars I would! Dr. Gaball, Teresa, and the rest of the amazing staff are nothing but THE BEST. I've worked in the dental field for four years and know that there are some shady businesses out there. However, this office is far from that! You can truly tell Dr. Gaball cares for her patients and is truly knowledgable about everything dental (old and new)!

After my fist cleaning with Inspire Smiles, I was told I had 2 cavities and needed a crown. I was quite surprised, I hadn't had a single cavity in about 35 years. Some doubts came into my head, there were certain signals like offering a covid rinse (whatever that is) for additional charge as well as fluoride rinse, also at additional charge, the supplementary items were not covered by insurance

Dr. Elona Gaball is the best dentist I have ever had. I don't say that lightly. She has always been extremely helpful and attentive every time that I have seen her. The technology she uses is advanced and her quality of care is superior. Her office staff is always helpful and on the ball with anything that you ask them for. Dr. Gaball changed my life! No seriously. She did such a great job with my teeth. She made me feel more comfortable than I ever had at the dentist. I told her I was feeling anxious because of past experiences at the dentist and she went out of her way to make me feel better with breathing techniques and essential oils. Thank you so much for the excellent service this Thursday afternoon! Everyone was so nice. I have dentist anxiety and was really nervous but everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to dr. Gaball was super friendly and patient with me. The doctor Even sprayed essential oils to relax me and provided high quality headphones for my procedure.

I needed to have six crowns, two weeks ago, during the coronavirus epidemic. Dr. Gaball was in compliance with the California government and professional dental guidelines. I was referred to Dr.Elona by a friend. I moved here about 2.5 years ago and didn't have a dentist in the area yet. I initially went in to do a basic cleaning, and during my appointment I expressed my reoccurring TMJ. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Dr. Elona was very knowledgeable about treatment for TMJ. I began seeing her over the course of several weeks as she wanted to keep a close eye on my progress.
