Grand Stage

The waitress was very friendly when we sat to eat in person. The food was ok. On the disappointing side I ordered from the diner thru Doordash and the diner forgot one of the entrees. Instead of accommodating the customer the person I spoke with blamed the driver in which the diner is the one that packs the food. It was disappointing and frustrating and they refused to send a replacement meal and insisted there was no management to better the situation.

Was seated at three different tables each one filthy. When we said something to manager on our way out his excuse was they were busy before. If they can't clean a table and ensure food and such is removed, how can you trust they clean anything else, including the dishes you eat off of.

I've never dined in, we always order to go so I can't talk about their service so much. But their egg whites and cheese on a croissant ARE THE BEST!!

Good traditional diner with a modern twist. Many of classic favorites, such as burgers, fries and wraps are on the menu. There is also a bar area for those who enjoy an adult beverage. Prices are moderate but competitive. Food quality is very good. Served hot and fresh. You can dine-in or eat in the makeshift dining area outside as tables are available under market umbrellas. Service is good as the wait staff are attentive and friendly. There are dinner specials available ala carte or complete dinner with dessert for an additional $4. Meals includes spinach pie, roasted chicken, stuffed mushrooms

I took family for breakfast Sunday as I have done in past
This time I felt like I was somewhere else
4 of us 2 meals were fine but the eggs bacon home fries were very sad
We both asked for 2 eggs scrambled it looked like one
With bacon and to be honest I never saw such tiny strips if bacon before it looked like the strips were cut in half long ways and then put 4 on dish
And home Fries were cold and maybe a spoon full

Love this place, my go to spot! Always friendly and accommodating. They're food is delicious & prices are decent.

This is one of many visits since it opened about a year ago.

This visit i ordered pancakes, eggs and hash browns. It started my morning off very satisfied 🤠😍👍

Very friendly service. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. The food on the other hand, was nothing special. I got the original stack of Pancakes and it was nothing to brag about. I think you're better off getting the hot cakes from McDonald's. The omelet was ok, just your basic eggs. Homefries were close to bland- flavored enough to not be horrible. Grilled cheese was pretty good though. Was very gooey and cheesy and with the addition of the tomatoes, it gave it an extra flavor profile.

None of the sauces had flavor customer service was ight the coleslaw had no flavor except salt and we weren't served utensils. other then that the food did not slap not worth anyone's time

Definitely my Go To Dinner. The best service and great atmosphere. The food is pretty good ,(the image ) a western omelette with whole wheat toast. Super good

First time here tonight. My server I believe was Tara she was very nice but the service was horrible. I had to ask a different server to get us refills on our waters with our server not to be found anywhere. Tara didn't check up on us once but the other server did! Now with the food, we got mozzarella sticks, French onion, matzoh ball soup, chipotle chicken wrap, and French dip hero. Everything besides the wrap and mozzarella sticks were tasteless. The two stars I gave is for the looks of this place which definitely caught my eye.

I have eaten here several times already, when you find a great place to eat, you go back. So the dinner specials are off the chain, like 30 different dishes, I am working my way through the menu, great service, clean, comfortable, and did I say how much I love the food? Again my applause, 5 stars for sure....

How You Screw up a Breakfast and Serve Burnt food tells me two things
That The Cooks do not care as to what they put out and The Waitresses do not care about The Customer as I would be Ashamed to Serve Meals Like This and Expect a Tip
Lesson Learned Never going Back

Me and my brother came here for breakfast today. My waiter was cool and friendly. Food came out Extremely Quickly. Bathrooms were clean. Did a great job with the remodel. Worth checking out for a quick breakfast and I’m definitely coming back for Lunch soon. 👨🏽‍🔬 💨

Definitely a step above normal diner, we had Tuscan , rocky balboa sandwiches. The bread was awesome, the meats were VERY generous and it was clean not sloppy if that makes sense.

The Diner was open for outdoor dining and had a very good amount of tables under a tent as well as tables with individual unbrellas. They also had music playing which made it nice. We ate at 5pm and were seated immediately. Tables were spaced well and all waiters and staff had masks on. I ordered the cheeseburger deluxe and my husband had open faced turkey, both were good. Ketchup was in small plastic cups and plastic utensils were given out. Was a nice experience and felt great to get out!

Our first visit to the Grand Stage, very good experience overall. Had brunch under their large white outdoor tent. Grand Stage shares a spacious lot with Walgreens so there's plenty of parking.

We were warmly welcomed and served by Monika, a super friendly person who provided us with excellent service. She even gave us several beverage refills and extra napkins without our asking despite the place being very busy. Thank you Monika you rock! Loved the music and lush tropical plantings, made the place feel festive despite The Rona raging around us. Safety protocols strictly followed with masked

We are SOOOO happy that our favorite and luckily convenient diner is back!!! We have missed coming to theGrand Stage Diner quite a bit!!! George came right over to greet us as soon as he saw us!! They recently installed UV light bulbs to help kill the germs! Just another addition the staff at Grand Stage Diner provides for our safety!! Our waitress was Vanessa. I'm pretty sure she had a big smile on under mask as she took our orders!! She was super accommodating and very sweet!! All the condiments are single serve!! We had the grilled cheese with fries and a gyro platter with onion rings

Would definitely recommend this Diner. During this pandemic the owners have done a fantastic job to keep to safety guidelines. Outside dining is so beautiful under the tents and umbrellas, all the beautiful flowers and palm trees. You actually feel like you are in the tropics.
Service is excellent as always, menu and food are plentiful.
Kudos to the owners and management of this diner, they have over extended themselves for the comfort of their diners.

Plenty of parking, friendly greeting upon entering.
Foodie and I we're taken to a nice booth, menus were placed, however we knew what we wanted.
Jennifer ordered a burger with a tomato lettuce and .
I ordered tuna on rye.
The water brought to the table tasted filtered and delicious. Perfect !
Before our meal came the waitress brought two servings of coleslaw and wedge of a pickle.
Foodie totally enjoyed her burger, made to perfection.
My tuna was spot on, fresh and delicious.
We are sure to be regulars.
So many choices and really could not beat the price.

The best diner in Nassau County is back. The facelift and name change make this a brand new place. Looks like the old complacent ownership is gone as well. Some of the staff members are still here, if you need the nostalgia for the old diner.
I had wondered why this renovation was taking so long and i can understand the lengthy process; it is beautiful and Uber functional! The outside may not have been transformed into anything spectacular (who needs that?). But the inside is as comfortable as it is inviting and attractive. First time since they reopened. Very nice and new inside, inviting. The service was very good, the omelettes were outstanding. Avocado American cheese and broccoli made for an interesting combo. Good coffee, tasty crispy bacon rounded off an awesome late morning breakfast.
But ...... $54.08 for two omlettes with sides of bacon ?

Wow, great menu selection with themed items. The "showtime" atmosphere is done well. Burgers were okay, HINT: get the mamma Mia burger on pita bread and add tzatziki sauce. Chicken souvlaki platter was wonderful, and cinnamon toast pancakes were a delight!

Great food & service! If you have a problem, the owner/manager accommodates you immediately. Rosa was our server & was also accommodating—service with a smile! Best corned beef & brisket!

How you mess up scrambled eggs?

That's exactly what I said when my food came. They would have received 2 stars but the pancakes were so good they warrant an extra star.

This is just another basic long island diner. Nothing special at all. Overpriced and the service leaves much to be desired. I wish them the best but I can't recommend this place.
