We called about an estimate for our elder cat to get sub Q fluids for her kidney disease. A woman named Michelle answered the phone and seemed very annoyed and rude about my simple question about pricing for my cat. She was not helpful or kind unfortunately. It is a tedious and scary process to find a caring vet who is willing to help. The woman who answered the phone clearly does not like her job or care for potential new clients. I hate to leave bad reviews but finding a caring vet clinic is SO important for animals and people in need.

We have been going to Lifecare over 11 years. Have always loved them, especially Dr. Glenn; however, she retired 6 months ago. Dr. Glenn always interacted with our dog as if he was her own. We decided, what the heck...just because our favorite vet left, that doesn't mean the next one we get won't be just as good. Well...right off the bat, the vet walked in and said, "how's this pretty girl?". That one sentence was an immediate turn-off. The vet should first and foremost know my dog's gender before entering the room. The rest ofcthe exam didn't do much to change my initial feelings. Was not impressed

I have been taking my herd of multiple animals to Lifecare Animal Hospital for almost three years now and all my animals are under the care of Dr.Schmidt who is at the top of my list for professional caring vets. He listens to what you have to say, offers expert care for the animals and isn’t out to just make money off of you which is something that I personally look for in a veterinarian. The entire staff at Lifecare are all helpful and caring. I highly recommend this Animal Hospital if your looking for a highly qualified and caring experience.

I’m so pleased with the service provided by Lifecare. Very good and professional Vets who you can talk to and discuss issues about my pets even just over the phone as well as outstanding customer experience from the staff and medical technicians. Most of all I love that they follow up with how my pets are feeling after their visit. I can only trust my pets with Lifecare.

Do not take your loved pets here. Our dogs were sick after a kennel stay and we called on a Monday morning to get them seen by the vet. They told us earliest appointment was 2 weeks out. I explained to them that you are our regular vet and my dogs have been coming here for 2 years. The rude receptionist did not care told me again 2 weeks or take them somewhere else, so we did. We will never go back because when you need a vet it's clear they won't see you. They are just in business to take your money for routine checkup sand annual shots. Dr. Glenn is a rockstar! She explained in detail what needed to be done to get our new family member in good health! She had major dental issues and Dr. Glenn gave me the comfort that Leia would be okay.
This is just our first visit and they truly made an impression on me!

So you will see I take time to give many 5 star reviews on Yelp. I am a busy executive. If I am taking time to write 5 stars- you are exceptional and people need to know. I rarely complain. If I take the time to complain- then it is serious. If I log on and see other people complained about the same thing then this company really needs to change.
My dog was treated for diarrhea there a little over 2 weeks. All was fine until this morning when it is runny and bloody. Never seen blood before. Does this sound like an emergency? I think so.

First visit. Delighted to see I could go in with my baby. Everyone had a mask on. Technician Stephanie very knowledgeable asked questions, the vet did her exam, and explained what was going on and treatment, then tech piggybacked on the vet to be sure I understood all. Never rushed all questioned answered.
Management is excellent just by the protocols in place. Very well run excellent staff, techs and doctors!

Thank you again for taking care of my 86 pound Pitbull big baby. Your staff are always so friendly and welcoming, it shows how much you all care about fur babies. Always giving me a break down with everything and taking every step to keep everyone safe with this pandemic also. Second time bringing Maya here and never disappoint with the staff and Docs! Went here for a second opinion. Didn't want the traveling Dr. to have any notes to go off of. Told him I had been treating my cat for upper respiratory disease. He gave me new meds, agreed that's what was going on. I ended up having to put my cat down, because my cat had a tumor growing in it esophagus!!!! He didn't assess the cat at all! When I noticed my cat was la boring I'm breathing I rushed her to the ER. She died but 10 days later after seeing your Dr! They found the tumor and they said it was very close to cutting off her air way. They felt it best to put her down.

I'm very pleased with the attention and care my dog and I receive from Dr Schmidt and the staff at LifeCare on Gilbert. We can always get in yet are never rushed when we are there. Questions are thoughtfully and pragmatically answered. They always follow up post visits and procedures to ensure we are ok 'next day'. I highly recommend!

Dr. Glenn and her staff are amazing. We've been coming to them for years and they are the only ones we allowed to care for our fur babies. Their customer service is amazing and their love for the animals is evident in everything they do. My old dog was never afraid to come to the vet she always saw it as a treat. Despite the shots and other indignities the doggies have to do.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at LifeCare, and that includes everyone I've come in contact with from the front of house staff, the vet techs, the office manger and veterinarian.
The level of support and service has been spectacular!
I came in seeking help with an EU health certificate for travel to England with my fur child, Charlee. The process, unfortunately, has been less than straight forward, and the team at LifeCare have been so supportive in helping us get through the red tape.
