I love their food, but the service was so disappointing. Even though I am within delivery range, they said that I needed to pay extra in tip because of the distance. I always give 20% tips or more to drivers, so this was incredibly frustrating to hear. I will never order from this location again.

This place was great. The food was delicious and was ready super fast! The staff were nice and the portions were very generous. I read the reviews before coming and I know a lot of the one star reviews are just wrong. I love how professional the owner was with his replies so I decided to eat and write a review after, which I have never written a reviews for any restaurant before. The food was great and I'm happy to make this my first review.

Gotta tip them $3+ or they will refuse to cancel your delivery..... althou is 3 min away.... plus they charge you a delivery fee......
Amazing place.... wonder why i didnt come back again to this place...

P.s. for the owners....you guys make a lot of money and your prices are certainly high....have some decency and pay your drivers something decent instead of charging a delivery fee and keeping 100% of the profit for you.....

0 stars if I could. Tried to order food while I was at work for delivery. I got over the 15 dollar minimum order and even put in about a 12% tip as I'm broke and have very little money I was gonna spend most of my weeks budget on lunch in one day. They call me telling me I have to have a bigger tip or they won't deliver the food. Tried to just up the amount of the tip without my consent and I finally got a word in I had to cancel my order because they wouldn't do it for the tip I gave. Never ordering from here again.

The front desk customer service girl is always messing up my order, but this last one I couldn’t take it anymore, I had to drive back to the restaurant to return the food. The worst is that she never apologizes, always claiming right. Even with her mistake she asked me to pay $5 difference of the food which I agreed even though I jokingly asked her who pays for my second trip gas back to her restaurant, the next thing she did was to start speaking her language to her colleagues or maybe her parents sitting down there and then said she can’t also loose in her business. Extremely disappointing.
We normally order from a different Asian food restaurant, but decided to check out Hunan Cafe since it is close to our home. The food was not good at all. The Spring Rolls were very salty making them inedible. The Lo Mein is normally a "safe" dish when try out an Asian restaurant. Hunan's Combination Lo Mein was terribly bland and to be honest, not worth finishing. My husband loves Streamed Dumplings, but declared Hunan's dumplings as "average and nothing to wrote home about". I ended up eating mainly the sugar donuts. They were delicious. Overall, I would say "skip it

We just moved to Gainesville and I have ordered to go here several times. Love how fast I can get the food. Friendly staff and yummy dishes. I highly recommend this place!

Decent food and supposedly they don’t use MSG. Will test this out if possible.
However, be careful when paying by cash as they like to round up change to what they deems it should be, and not what it actually comes out to. I can live without pocket change but it’s the principle of it. This happened to me three times already and they’re counting on it but someone needed to say something about it.

Yesterday I had 2 orders of Singapore Noodles one beef and one shrimp and brought home and ate. I could not eat either of them as the entire salt container was poured into the orders like. Also, the flavor seasoning in both orders did not taste good. Bad review is for the salt content that was in the orders. Extremely unhealthy.

This place will be on your speed dial. Friendliest staff I’ve ever seen at a Chinese restaurant, delicious food, never canned veggies, huge menu, all delicious, and nice big portions! This is my regular spot
