Vaughn, Lucille, Laurie and Coral along with their children are a big part of the day to day operation. We are known for our Fresh cooked to order fried chicken and all our homemade sauces.
Our spaghetti & pizza sauce recipes originated from Carol Cibella, In keeping with tradition the same amazing taste and smell can be found cooking in our kitchen today. Along with our many homemade items like meatballs and meatloaf. When you come to eat you will think you are at your grandma's for Sunday dinner!

Order my order at 5:10 was told 30-45 minutes for my order. I show up 45 minutes after placing my order and to my amazement my order was still no done... I wanted 1 hour and 48 minutes for a order or chicken fingers and a large pizza and a slice of cheese cake that they cut and places on the counter next to a heat lamp when I arrived.. I waited until 7 a clock for my order because I had paid for it. I got rid arrive from the old lady with no teeth... When I told her I wanted a new slice of cheese cake she complained about it. I check the cheese cake and it was warm to the touch when I got to the

I mean I love their food, my whole family does, but I always let them eat a snack because I know delivery takes forever. I ordered 2 hours ago and I haven't heard anything and when I try to call no one answers. So I just ordered from somewhere else because I'm hungry and have no clue if it's coming or not.

Went in to order food, they took the order we paid the waitress said twenty to thirty minutes. We got the order an hour later. Went home to eat and found out we didn't get everything we ordered. Called them went back to get the rest of our order said it would be six minutes but then again it was more like fifteen minutes. When we finally got to eat everything was cold. Lady behind the counter was rude and said she was only a waitress, and left it at that.

Run by a bunch of liars, no one wants to pick up the phone, waited two hours for carry out, ordered onion rings and never got them then was called a liar three times before they made things right, then got hung up on when the manager (who would not provide a name, real professional) decided she didnt want to do her job after calling me a liar about the wait time WHEN I HAVE A TIME STAMPED RECEIPT, oh and the foods all frozen from sams club, i know because i used to pull their orders before i quit. Wont be open much longer.

They where closed for construction and didn't tell anyone.. on top of actual closing at 10pm, their website says 11pm and i placed my order at 930pm. They took my money and call and said they where closed instead of shuting down their online or saying the would be closed early. No warning, no nothing and now i have to wait 3 days for my money and no food. It was a large order for ppl who came from out of town and they did nothing! Im a business owner myself, i would of at least gave a discount on the next order, but absolutely nothing is unacceptable since tbey have my money in limbo. Because of

Caesar's desserts got me hook line & sinker! Since MH want to give smaller pieces, no problem! I am very happy to continue to keep the $ in MY community! No need to leave my side of town. All the cheesecake , German chocolate cake, coconut cake & more. Thank you Caesar's for being a great restaurant still standing & striving on the Westside of Warren!

Ceasar's restaurant has been in Warren for a very VERY long time. They know exactly what they're doing. Pasta sauce is great. They have different dinners. If your feeling a country fried steak they have it. Chicken Parmesan is phenomenal. The chicken is so tender it cuts with the pressure of a fork. Canned beer is ice cold. Fish is top notch also. The waitresses there are so kind and caring. Politeness goes a long way, and they have it. I personally love this place.

The Best Fried Chicken anywhere!!!! The place does need to be kept a lot cleaner (hence the 4 stars) but I always carry out and everything tastes homemade. The breaded pork chops are also a must. The dinners include protein, vegetable, potato, salad and bread. No other place gives you all that for a VERY REASONABLE PRICE.

Seems they hire crackheads as servers.Phoned in an order to eat -in and it was all messed up.Went to use a halfoff deal and they server tried to tell me I couldn't.
Had to have someone with brains come out and handle the mess.
As for the food,it wasn't very good.
I think the pizza was a store bought shell.
Pellets for sausage,not any quality.
The place is better suited for a convenient store with lottery tickets everywhere.
Dirty nicknacks everywhere.............. Not for me!
