Discovered my previous insurer had been overcharging me for over 4+ years! After comparison shopping State Farm came through with a significantly lower price for home & auto. Tyler was extremely helpful and very responsive (my previous agent failed to return my calls for 3 days and I ended up having to cancel my policies with the main company's office without any attempts for even trying to match and I had been a customer with them for the past 15 years!)

In December I was shopping for insurance for my home and my autos and was contacted by Jana from a google search. Jana has been incredible through the entire transition from USAA. The reason I switched was because of the competitive rates and that I could reach her or her team by phone without having to wait on hold for hours after being transferred several times. I really got the sense that she was looking out for me and not just trying to make a quick sale. Jana took the time to understand my situation and I ended up saving money with better coverage. And the new location is a huge plus with parking in front.
