This guy doesn’t know how to speak to paying customers and wouldnt know customer service if it slapped him in the face. BUYER BEWARE. If you have an issue expect to be called while you’re at work, talked over, fed excuses, and to be talked down to like we’re back in Highschool.

I can not say enough nice things about Steve McCoy and his staff. I have been his client since 2015 and I have gotten nothing but excellent service from them. No matter when I call (and I've called a lot) they answer my questions fast, they are ALL knowledgeable, they all know what is going on and they can't be any more pleasant and friendly. I started with him cause he was the local guy in the neighborhood, he was close to home and easy to get to. I am planning on moving away from the area but we will definitely be keeping Steve and his team as our insurance agent totally based on not only good

This office, from day one, has always been wonderful to work with! Shelley Kelleher is always there to answer any questions I may have about my policy quickly. I recently was in a car accident and totaled my car. This experience was very traumatic for me. This office, along with the claims office, was very compassionate throughout the entire process. I am very happy to be a State Farm consumer and will send anyone looking for insurance their way. Thank you State Farm!!!

Michelle and all of the ladies at this office are the absolute best. I am not an easy client but they make things easy for me and my multiple businesses. They never tire of my endless phone calls and questions and always give clear, concise and understandable answers which can be rare in the insurance game. I was so impressed with this office that I started doing State Farm banking. Highly recommend.

My parents have been covered by State Farm since the early 80s, and my family is now also covered by them. Steve and his agency do a great job keeping in touch making sure we have all of our insurance needs at the right price, and our claims experiences have been smooth and without hassle. I have been with this office for over 5 years, and could not be happier! In a world where everything is automated, it is nice to call and get a live person on the other end-added bonus, is that they know who you are! Steve and the girls are the best!
