The food came out piping hot. Fajitas were sizzling! Verda was spicy but not overpowering. Check out the nightly specials. We skipped the Combo special tonight but have enjoyed others.

We were celebrating tonight so selected the Carmel Cheesecake. Very nice.

Sorry, ate the food before snapping a picture

In my opinion, most authentic Mexican food in Maryland. This coming from someone who grew up in Texas. Best margaritas hands-down.

Decent, but in my opinion, not authentic tasting. It could be better. I tried their chicken tacos with a side of rice and their beans. They gave too much rice and overall the tacos could've used better seasoning and more flavor. I also got a piña colada there; I wish it had more coconut flavor present since I could only taste the pineapple. A balance of the flavors or more coconut would've been nice. I'm harshly judging since I've been to super authentic Mexican places, this is decent Mexican-American food, but not true Mexican.

Not sure if they were just having a bad night, but my food was terrible! I've ordered UberEats here twice and the food was amazing! This time I went in to pick up the food myself. I called it in and picked up within 20 minutes. The food was cold and obviously had been sitting. I ordered a shrimp and crab burrito but I'm pretty sure they gave me either an enchilada or just the soggiest burrito I've ever had! I also ordered grilled chicken nachos and the cheese wasn't even melted! It was like they made it earlier in the day and it had been sitting someplace. It definitely wasn't fresh. The cheesecake

The service was alright. I was disappointed on how greasy the fajitas were, steak is very dry and flavorless - there’s more onions then anything else. The chicken burrito was just pure tomato sauce, very droopy, as seen in the picture. Only thing we enjoyed was the ceviche.

It's been years since I went to Pachanga's. This location is a little weird to get in to and the parking is tight but it's worth the inconvenience. The salsa served with the chips is nice and thick and chunky the way I like it. The cheese chili rellenos are the reason I come here. They are big and stuffed with queso. They are made without a batter coating.
Overall a very nice restaurant.

After reading pretty good reviews, I was completely let down. It's your average Hispanic food you can find at any sub par restaurant minus the flavor. The rice was old and flavorless and the black beans were basically a bland soup with small paste balls. The fish was possibly the worst tilapia I've ever had. I don't see myself going here again.

The best. Everything I've had is excellent, including their various sauces. Some of my favorites are the stuffed jalapenos, and the combos where you can indulge in a variety of the really good staples like Chile Rellenos ( 😋 ), burritos, etc etc. on one plate. Specials are always great too. Enjoy!

No complaints on this dinner! I had the combination fajitas, hubby had tacos Al carbon, and kiddo had a quesadilla. The marinade on the steak was perfection. *chefs kiss* The chips were perfectly fresh and crispy, and I can't say enough good things about the food.
Parking lot is precarious, and seating indoors is not distanced, but if they have room, I'm sure they would let you move if you asked. The restaurant was mostly empty, but they sat all parties tightly together in one corner.

Discrimination alert! This establishment is not established enough to train the staff to treat EVERYONE in a professional customer service friendly manner. Today 2 individuals arrived to place an order; while the other went to pick up an order. As they waited for assistance, the wait staff did NOT speak to them; nor did they offer assistance. The 2 African American women continued to wait and watched as other non African American people were assisted to their table. After repeating many times that they were trying to place their order and also pick up an order the "gentleman" waiter looked at them

They have an outdoor area for sitting. The side of the patio is covered. First chips and dip is free but refills you have to pay for. The spicy margarita is pretty spicy but it was yummy. I had the combo of Chile relleno and enchilada. They let me a meat to the Chile relleno for extra $2. The food was yummy and service was good albeit a bit slow.

If you love chipotle stop reading this review. This place is an authentic Mexican place. The rice and beans are amazing and the burrito has very tender pork and cheese. Nothing else. Nothing needed. It's authentic. No need for lettuce or quinoa. The taste is amazing and this is coming from someone who doesn't really crave Mexican food. This is a place you'll love and keep coming to! Con? I didn't go in for the full experience because I've become a crazy introvert during the pandemic. Not their fault.

This is one of my favorite restaurants and my go-to for Mexican food. I went in for a meal today and my food was excellent as always however the service was severely lacking. A server did not greet us or arrive at our table for about 10-15 minutes once we had been seated. We did not receive water or a drink menu. When someone finally came to us to take our order, she took our order and did not return with drinks until after the food had arrived. We sat for about 20 minutes at this point without even a cup of water. There was a table of 8 that arrived after us celebrating a birthday who received

I was seriously just told to mind my own **ing business and told to "shut up cun* by the hostess at Pachangas. Waited for more than 45 min for the server to bring my check. After taking our cards I look over ten minutes later and the server and hostess - Melissa / are taking selfies instead of helping me or the other four customers in the building. I went over and asked for my card and said that I'm not comfortable with them taking pictures while she has my card. I was told my card did not go through. I looked at my phone and had a fraud alert. Approved the charge and it went through

My favorite new spot for Mexican cuisines. Quick and fast curbside service during covid. Excellent drinks to go and the food stays hot until we get home from Ellicott City to Columbia. I love this place

The Nacho's and Salsa that come with you sitting in the restaurant were both amazing. They were fresh, hot and flavorful. Not overly salty either. The salsa was just right. I would order more but want to enjoy my food and not fill up.
My Wife ordered the combination fajitas (steak and chicken). The first plate they brought out contained the tortillas, salsa, rice, black beans and guacamole. Then the sizzling fish with the chicken, steak, onions and peppers came out. This was the hottest (temp) skillet plate we had ever experienced. It was still hot towards the end of our meal. The char on the

We went to Pachangas and sat outside due to Covid. We started with a male server who was great and then without being told we get this very young inexperienced waitress who took our food order and got it wrong. I asked for the veggie taco salad with no meat but with black beans and rice. Salad dressing on side. I have gotten this order so many times but because the staff was so different and inexperienced they messed up my order. No black beans and rice or salad dressing on the side in my order. I called and the manager said you order a vegetarian and I said yes but I told you black beans with

Really good black beans soup, happy hour drinks specials, and too good guac and salsa. Perhaps a bit of a hidden gem.

Question for owners- does the shell of the guacamole have lard in it? It was too delicious.

Thanks

Pachanga is an excellent option for local Mexican food in Ellicott City. They offer happy hour in the bar area until 7PM, which includes $8 appetizers and discounted drinks. I generally opt for tacos on the a la carte menu to avoid the beans and rice. Two of these will fill you up and will cost you less than $10. Check this place out!

This was the most blasphemous restaurant experience I have ever had. Came and dined in with my lady, my brother and his girlfriend. We were here Tuesday of this week and the experience was amazing, come in for Cinco De Mayo and were just blown away at how slow the service was, we were misinformed about deals going on so instead of having an affordable bill we basically were robbed and paid $100 bucks for 7 drinks and an order of nachos. The margaritas tasted like straight sugar, almost made me hurl. Nevertheless the emphasis of my rant is the Manager on duty Tuesday of this week told us that happy

We came back for a 14th anniversary lunch and both the steak and shrimp fajitas are very good and so is the coffee. The service was excellent as expected.

They offer a lot of choices, few with fish however the server asked on his own after we ordered if they would make fish fajita. He returned and asked if we'd like it instead of shrimp fajita. The server gets an extra star for initiative. The chips are crispy. The music is at a comfortable volume. They have a lot of desserts which I'm mentioning since we likely to be full and might try one at a later date. The fajita is very

I feel bad for people in this area who come here, and are led to believe this an example of delicious Mexican food.

I came during lunch on a weekend and should have known to leave because it was all gringos inside. Don't get me wrong, the building and restaurant itself is nice. The inside is clean, pretty, the waitresses are all friendly...

But the food. Dear God, the food. This is so sad, such a sad excuse for Mexican food. I got the California burrito and was so underwhelmed by it. Through and through. If you know anything about Mexican food, you can tell by the photos this food lacks
