I am a professional counselor who is passionate about my work and committed to helping my clients live their best lives. I counsel individuals challenged with addictions, relationship problems, adjustment issues, past trauma, complicated grief issues, and basic mental health issues. I work with all ages including children and adolescents.

Therapy/counseling is a process where we will meet to resolve problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, and/or somatic responses that are affecting you and your life in a negative way.
