Tammy received her M.E.D. in Counseling and Personnel Services from University if Maryland (Asian Division) and a B.S. in Education from Eastern Michigan University. Tammy Serviced in the United States Air Force from 1983 to 1987, as a Mental Health Technician. She has been married for 35 years to her husband John, a retired Air/Force & Air Guard Sargent.
Colonial Woods Christian Counseling Center is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do at our Counseling Center is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society's biggest challenges. We are proud to offer various support groups and classes to help carry each other through the tough seasons of life.
We want to make counseling available to anyone who has a need. We will do our best to work with your unique situation. Most insurance is accepted. For those without insurance, a sliding fee scale is available. The members of our professional staff are ready to begin serving your counseling needs. Our services are available to all persons seeking wholeness, growth, or conflict resolution.
You will be asked to share why you are seeking counseling services. We work with most individuals seeking services, however, we do not service those suffering from chronic mental illness, chronic substance abuse or have a history of violence. We are happy to refer those individuals to appropriate service providers.
