Dropped my car on a Friday and finally picked it up with a trailer the next Friday. It was a waste of my time. They said they probably wouldn't get to it until Monday and I said Wednesday would be fine. They never even looked at the car to diagnose it. And I told them what codes I was getting. I got different messages from front office and garage, which made me worried. I believed the garage and not the front office. Finally I called an end to the madness and I decided to retrieve my car on the eighth day because my friend conveyed a similar story in which she waited forever with literally no result

I brought my 2005 Jeep Wrangler X in for brakes and shocks. The prices are pretty reasonable for parts and labor. They warranty their work as well. When i came back to pick up my jeep Ruben said he replaced my sway bars as well. Since they needed to be replaced...i appreciated the extra effort...and they were not too expensive... i honestly would have liked phone call to communicate that this was going to be done. When i picked up my jeep there was an apparent noise that alerted me something was not correct. Turns out that one of the sway bars was put on the wrong side of the bolting area. They
