I was deciding between 3 different apartment complex’s . River Point being one of them. (This was a the top of my list) RP being the closest to my new job and the most affordable I choose RP of course. The customer service from the sales agent was so patient and knowledgeable. Munah was my agent and she really made this process a breeze. Thank you Munah!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend. Great amenities, beautiful modern flats, awesome agents, and very affordable.

I am 65, just retired and moved to Texas from Wisconsin in July. I came in on a Wednesday, found River Pointe and Ms Munah on Friday and she was able to get me into my apartment the next day. I have never lived in an apartment before and I just love this place and all the staff. Conroe is the fastest growing city in the United States. Check out River Pointe and ask for Munah !!!

My experience here was very wonderful, a young lady named Emily helped me. She answered all the questions I had and filled me in on things that I didn't even think about asking but was very good information to have. Thanks to her I think I have found the perfect apartment for my family and I. The property and apartments are beautiful I can't wait to move in!

My family has lived here for almost a month. We've made our apartment a home in this short time. The staff is SUPER friendly. Every encounter has been personable & welcoming. The maintenance staff & others work tirelessly to keep everything very nice. The grounds & grilling area are well maintained & we are thankful. The pool area is really pretty with an abundance of flowers & foliage. The workout facilities are exceptional with many options for staying in shape.
