I'm a professional engineer licensed in Virginia. I have been practicing civil engineering for nearly two decades and hold a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering. I am also a Certified Floodplain Manager. My experience in the field of civil engineering covers most areas of the discipline, however, I do specialize in structural, soils, and water resources.
