His experience includes identifying energy conservation measures (ECMs), conducting lifecycle economic analyses, evaluation of utility rates and structures, collection and analysis of utility and metering data; as well as developing specifications and statements of work for implementation of small-scale and large-scale energy and renewable energy projects.Phillip is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
