An approach to healing that honors and emphasizes your energetic and/or physical experience?. A way to work with your anxiety and/or depression that doesn't involve trying to "fix" it or "make it go away"?. Both Molly and Sarah offer trauma-informed Remote Reiki sessions. Molly also teaches live online group Reiki classes and offers tailored individual or small group yoga lessons, as well as Virtual Wellness sessions.

One-on-one Virtual Wellness sessions can combine yoga, guided meditation, distant Reiki and/or self-massage techniques using tools like foam rollers, exercise bands and tennis balls. No matter what path you pursue, we are honored that you are considering working with us. Our hope for you is that as you work toward optimal health, you become more present physically and beyond, opening up to all the possibilities that life is waiting to offer you.
Services
Reiki can be shared remotely, which means that you need not be in the same room - or even the same country - as the practitioner. Reiki can also be sent backward and forward in time because it works beyond the construct of time. 2. The bulk of the session, which is focused on sharing Reiki. During this time, you sit or lie down in a quiet place and tune in to what you are feeling.
Looking for support in managing physical pain with techniques you can do from the comfort of your own home? Molly is now offering tailored Virtual Wellness Sessions to help address pain, tension and discomfort. You'll learn how to do self-massage and therapeutic movement from a Licensed Massage Therapist and certified yoga teacher.
I offer virtual tailored yoga lessons for individuals and small groups via Zoom, in which I emphasize breath and movement as tools of embodiment and healing on all levels. I am a certified Forrest Yoga teacher and have been practicing this powerful style of yoga since 2012. Forrest Yoga adapts traditional yoga practice to address modern challenges, such as neck tension, low back pain, depression and high levels of stress and anxiety.
So you're thinking about studying Reiki. Congratulations! Studying Reiki is not only a gift you can offer the world but is, first and foremost, a gift to yourself. When I started studying Reiki in 2011, I wanted to use Reiki to help my massage clients and also my brother-in-law who was recovering from partial paralysis and who I convinced to come along to my first Reiki training.
This podcast is both a resource for anyone affected by sexual trauma, as well as a tribute to all those who are doing the hard work of healing. This project asks the question "Where do we go from here?" - at both the individual and collective levels. To truly work in the direction of wholeness, we must not only tell the story of what happened to us, but we must also share our stories of healing.

I've seen Molly for massage therapy for years. Since massage isn't possible for a while (#stayathome), I scheduled my first distant reiki session. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the session ended exactly as I'd hoped: Feeling a greater sense of peace and more grounded than I have since our collective daily upheaval began. Definitely time (and money) well spent.

Molly is WONDERFUL! Sitting at a desk, working long, long hours=MESSED UP BODY. Molly always knows just where I need help and fixes the issues with her magic! An hour with her is great, but 90 minutes is FABULOUS. Just. Do. It. You won't regret it!

I have gone to Molly numerous times for deep tissue and sports massages. She is absolutely wonderful. I have been to a variety different massage therapists for sports and deep tissue massages and Molly is by far the best in Chicago. As a runner and athlete herself, Molly is familiar with the aches and pains that runners encounter. Monthly massages with Molly have helped me stay injury free while playing basketball, volleyball, and training for marathons and triathlons. I live in River North; however, it is definitely worth the 15-20 min commute to Lincoln Square. Very relaxing and rejuvenating

I've been going to Molly for over a year now. My workaholic lifestyle takes it toll on me and it seems like my mind is racing at all times. Going to Molly allows me to clear my mind for 90 minutes and relax. It's basically become my favorite 90 minutes every month!

Molly is an intuitive, restorative, energy worker and massage therapist. I enjoyed my session so much, I gifted one to my sister. Her feedback confirmed my own experience. Seeing, and being treated by Molly, is a healthy experience.

I have been seeing Molly for nearly two years. I spend a lot of time in front of a computer and have formed postural habits that cause back & neck pain and headaches. She really listens and asks questions in order to understand the pain I am experiencing. Unfailingly, Molly works out all of my knots and aches and I always leave her office feeling great. She is a gifted healer and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
