It's an ok apartment for the price. Utilities were included in rent, which was a huge selling point. Great view.
Downsides too: elevators often non-functional, BAD bug problems (primarily roaches), loud neighbors, and when I lived there in 2018 the fire alarms kept malfunctioning. Also the a/c is turned off on Labor Day no matter how hot it is outside; it is unbearable if you don't have your own a/c. I lived on the 11th floor and it was always too hot. I never had to turn on my heat. Laundry rooms always needed maintenance and on busy days I couldn't find a working, unused washer in the whole

If I could give them zero stars I would where do I start so much has happened in only a year cars stolen and broken into I had that problem 3 times nothing was caught on camera and nothing was done but a police report! I had a ceiling leak in my apartment took them about two months to fix it, The laundry rooms barely have working washers and dryers and are left nasty, ect. But I stayed until my lease was up and did not receive my security deposit back after leaving apartment in good condition now the property manager does not want to reply back to me its been over 2 months since I moved! First week in the building and couldn’t have felt more welcome. 🙏 All the staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. Lee The landlord is beyond amazing and has made me feel so comfortable being that this is my first apartment!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t wait to see how he makes this place EVEN more awesome. 10/10 recommend checking the place out if you’re looking to move close to downtown. The place is extremely clean and kept modern and classy. Trash and laundry right on site. Parking convenient. The studio themselves are beautiful with a sick view and beautiful floors. Also

This gem was definitely the highlight of my year. After months of apartment hunting I was finally greeting with the awesome staff of City Place! From the security to the maintenance staff everyone was extremely welcoming. But I must say I was sold by the management team, Lee Johnson's enthusiasm was a breath of fresh air.

I’ve lived at city place for almost 2 years. From the get go the office staff, maintenance, and security were wonderful people who cared about their tenants.
Security is 24/7 and it’s not just for show, they have people driving around the parking lot and up the street. I’ve never felt not safe. Security also is able to help with lock outs and hold packages for you at the front desk.
A few weeks into moving in, my toilet started leaking. I put in a maintenance request and that same day I came home to it fixed. Felt good to know that they were ready to help urgent issues when I needed it

I lived here for one year while I went to school and worked. It is a great location just outside of downtown. Easy access to 75 makes commutes simple and painless. I loved the apartment, the staff is on top of things, security is great and gets to know who you are very quickly. The apartments are very cute, and the view is to die for. I really enjoyed my stay here and sad to be leaving. The management works very hard to make a better living situation for their residents, it does feel like a community.
