Crystal and Brenton are kind, patient, professional, hard working, caring and detail oriented! My partner and I are very particular, so we wanted a very specific type of home with a specific floorplan. As such, our dream home was not easy to find, especially with the current state of the real estate market, the pandemic, and uncertainty of the economy. We had a wonderful experience with Crystal! We had been looking for a little over a year in a half and Crystal remained faithful to us. Once we found our dream house, Crystal went into action. She introduced us to an amazing lender. Communication was very clear and timely. She helped us answer questions in regards to our property before we made an offer. That alone took a couple of weeks. My wife Lisa and I were both very pleased with the level of service that Crystal and her husband Brenton provided us in selling our home. We met Crystal at an open house and found her to be very resourceful and intuitive about the market we were targeting to buy in. Within a week, she was representing us a buyer's agent and was impeccable in her communication and her ability to truly seek out our interests and was amazingly patient with us along the way. She was fantastic at helping us to "see around the corner" for all those unknown events that come along with buying a house. Crystal Joslin is by far the best and the hardest working agent we ever used. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the sale of our house to the purchasing our new house. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Crystal was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had our best interests in mind. We were blessed to have her as our agent and I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs buying or selling house.
