We chose Duran to be our buyer agent after working with his partner Hannah on the sale of our previous property. Hannah and her Pinpoint Properties team did an outstanding job helping us find a property at the beach. They listened to our parameters and presented us with properties that met those parameters. Hannah and Duran are a great team for buying and selling properties. They helped us sell a beach home and then buy another investment property. Hannah personally went and checked on our Topsail beach property after Hurricane Florence as we were still in Virginia.
