Cash and checks are preferred as form of payment. Visa, Mastercard, and health savings accounts are accepted for an additional fee of $2.00. I offer a bundle payment option to prepay therapy sessions each month. This alternative provides the benefit of discounted sessions, a $2.00 per month credit card fee, and a set recurrent appointment slot at the same day and time each week.
I use a software system called Simple Practice. Simple Practice provides each of my clients with an online portal that they can access on their personal computer or smart phone. When you first access the online portal, there will be important documents that you will need to fill out before your first appointment.
