Here's what you need to know to make sure your bird stays in shape. Obesity is a common health problem in captive birds, typically caused by poor nutrition and an all-seed diet.
It's not uncommon for a veterinary clinic to field plenty of questions concerning pet eye problems on the daily. A non-vet pet owner cannot assess an eye problem's severity, and a description over the phone just doesn't cut it. In other words, when someone calls in and says their pet's eye "looks funny, " it's time for a trip to the vet.

Very disappointed in whom doctor bonda has become. Too busy to take on complicated cases anymore. Has enough clients that he doesn't really have too. I just wish he cared enough for the animal to wanna help the animal not worth his time to help the animal cause he would rather have clients with less complicated cases.. He now has become a doctor who is just too busy and that's not really a very good vet. the vet from the heart.. Is not a compassionate doctor for me the prices are high but that would be OK if he at least cared enough for the animal to want to help it.. Somewhere along the line Dr

Wow! No words to thank Amanda for her care with cutting my 10 year old Rottweilers nails! The job was an undertaking as I was convinced they would need to give my pup a sedative however Amanda with the upmost confidence walked her to the back, I never heard even a slight whimper and returned her in less than 5 min with the best manicure a dog could could ask for! All the anxiety my dog and I have had over the years with nail trims is a thing of past as Amanda at River landings was simply amazing! Thank you!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving me my boy back. He was so sick and Dr. Fox was knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding through the whole process. I brought my German Shepherd dog in feeling terrible and left him overnight expecting the worst. The very next day, he was like a new dog. He was clean, smelled great, and happier than I have seen him in years. We will never go anywhere else! Five stars only because there were not ten to give.

Care for my animals has been great.
I. Called to try to help a friend have his animal seen in a semi emergency and was treated beyond Rudely by some young women. We have three dogs who mean everything to us. My special one will not be going back here. My wife and the other two will for the time being. I was offended and very angry.

I’ve been a client at RLAC since I was in college. My parents and I brought our English Bull Terrier to Dr. Bonda for a last-minute second opinion that saved his life and gave us ten more wonderful years with… our boy. The staff are like family and love my fur babies as much as I do (and chastise me just like my mom when I pick up another stray!) I don’t trust anyone else with my babies.

This is a pic of my happy fluffy son “Blacky”who is 13 years old and he is completely recovered and enjoying life as usual. He has some tumors that need to be removed and I have to confess that I hesitated to… take him to the vet and have surgery especially for his age and being in the middle of this pandemic. Finally I made the decision and I decided to trust Doctor Fox and here we are with a healthy and happy dog. Thanks 😊

Dr. Bonda is an amazing , very dedicated, very knowledgeable veterinarian! He saved the life of our very sick kitten when no one else could. She required three surgeries. Each time he took her home with him to provide overnight care. He kept in touch with us throughout the treatments so we always knew exactly what was going on. Today she is a healthy, active cat. I wholeheartedly recommend him!

I can’t thank the amazing staff enough for taking such good care of my bunny!! Their love for animals is so apparent. They treated my bunny Jude like he was their own pet. I have never left a vet feeling so… relieved just knowing Jude was in good hands. Every single one of the employees I encountered was so polite and helpful. They went out of their way to talk to my kids and explains things to them, not just me.

The folks at River Landings are great folks extremely helpful and friendly. I had to take my best buddy in to see Dr. Fox and unfortunately we found out my pup of 12 years was extremely sick and there was nothing more that could be done. Dr. Fox helped me through the very difficult decision and was not only professional but also compassionate and… was there as a friend. I left his office that day with a part of me missing but I found peace with the fact that Dr. Fox treated us as family and I could tell it's more than just a job to him it's his passion!!!! Dr. Fox goes above and beyond!
