Worst place I have ever been. Unprofessional massage. She forced me to give her more tips very rude towards the end, service will not make you want to come back.

If you are looking for professional salon that listens to your issues and problems, this is your place. I have been coming to this salon, when I work long hours and have tension in my back and shoulders. Every time I come, I leave the place rejuvenated, relieved and fixed. Highly recommend this place. This is not a fancy spa, or massages that you can get with 50 other ppl in a room. The place is clean, professional and helps me tremendously. Next time in addition to the massage, I will try recommending cupping.

This place is excellent! I have been getting massages for some time now due to work-related back pain exacerbated by having two small children. When I moved here from the city I tried several massage places, including the chains and the high-end places, but none adequately took care of my pain. Then I tried Spa Oasis. I have seen Lisa for massage a few times now and I always leave feeling infinitely better than when I walked in. The ladies who work here are sweet and good at what they do and I am glad to have found this little gem close to me.

In the spirit of keeping this brief please excuse if this sounds curt:
-couples massage, first massage for us both. honestly wasn't that impressed
-didn't explain anything, kept making unprofessional comments during massage
-literally coughed on my back, I felt it hit me
-demanded a tip, extremely rudely, multiple times. Would not let us leave.
Affordable but I will not be back, I'll spend more money for a better massage, professionalism, and no coughing on me.

Extremely unprofessional. Booked a couples massage. Therapists whispered to each other in a foreign language throughout. Not very relaxing. Left a 15% tip & were told they usually get 20%! Technique was nice, so we showed up on time to our next appointments (booked separate rooms to eliminate chit chat) & were told to wait 30 minutes! Had to argue with owner to get reimbursed. We couldn't wait & shouldn't have had to explain why. Very pushy. Consider yourself warned.

I recently made my first visit to Spa Oasis, my first but definitely not my last. I've been thinking about getting a massage for months now, and am really glad I finally went! I'm an occasional runner, a newly minted inline skater and earlier this year I was diagnosed with something called adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder).

My personal gauge about the quality of a massage is

1) Did the therapist follow my guidance at the start of the massage?
2) During the massage do I lose sense of time?
3) Are the effects long-lasting - in other words did the therapist actually provide therapy

These lovely women provide the most incredible massage experience in the world! I’ve traveled to many places over the world and I’ve never been so satisfied and comfortable. I can’t go one week without coming that’s how much I love them. Very knowledgeable and I guarantee you will feel much better after!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would these guys are INCREDIBLE. They care about their customers and genuinely have studied the muscoskeletal system well to know what to do where and how. I have 4 dislocated ribs so my muscle hurt all the time and I have been to so many doctors and massage therapists to help and these guys are the ONLY ones that have Ben able to make a difference to my quality of life strongly recommend

When I tell you that you will reach a next level of enlightened relaxation I kid you not! They were able to relieve knots in my legs that I didn’t even know existed! I left feeling like my entire body was resorted and able to move smoothly all over again!

If I could give more stars, I would. Lucia was an absolute joy to be worked on by. She is a magician! I booked a 90 min session and was taken care of the whole time. Clean Facilities, sweet staff, awesome massage. Will be making a return trip!

The spa has very poor organization - we arranged to have a couples massage (booked far in advance when they confirmed availability). We arrived and were told that no couples rooms were available due to demand that day and were offered separate rooms. It felt like a bate and switch. We were left with no alternative but to take a much later time which disrupted our day. They gave us a hard time about getting a refund initially and leaving a tip at the end after we eventually came back to finish the service. We were waiting for long periods and spoke to another couple who had a similar experience

Love this place! My mom comes here frequently and I just went this week for my birthday for the first time. The women are so sweet and they did a fantastic job for a very affordable price. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. I loved the lotion, warm towels, and soothing music used during my hour long massage! Will definitely come back here and recommend to friends.

Was our first time in a few weeks ago. I received a massage from Grace. She was so knowledgable about what she does and how the body responds to massage. I have been to many spas and massages and this was the most knowledge based massage I ever had. Very kind staff as well! Thank you!

Lucilla (I believe her name was/is spelled) was very professional, clean, and courteous. She has excellent massage skills and very strong hands.

Absolutely amazing place. Super clean, incredible staff and massage was top notch. This is coming from a "massage snob" - I will def visit again!

It's kind of hard to believe, but the quality of a massage is not directly correlated to the price.

You can pay almost double the price (which my wife and I have done numerous times) at one of the many places in downtown Naperville, for a massage that isn't half as good. Or you can pay a very reasonable price for a seriously great massage at this place.

I get a massage as a gift every year for my birthday. I've been three times now, and all three times it was good. These people know what they are doing.

It is my first time going to Spa Oasis. I just walked in without making appointment beforehand, but the lady at front made great effort to accommodate me. What is more important is that the massage I had was really great. It is the best I have ever had for a very long time. The masseur put in a lot of real effort and energy, and worked really hard to give my muscles great relief after my workout the previous day. The lady was very polite and professional. Highly recommend this place.

I went for a 1 hr deep tissue massage after running a half marathon. I got there and the room was barely ready and a tiny sheet was folder that I had to unfold and get under. I mentioned that I wanted focus on my lower back and more my legs. My legs probably got 5 minutes and just a light pass through, not even a massage. I don't think my request was understood and I felt a bit uncomfortable at the end when my legs were raised, my knees brought to my chest for a stretch.... glad I wore underwear.

I don't think I'll be going back and going to another spa to get what I requested

Vicky did a fantastic job working the kinks out and putting me in a complete state of relaxation! Reasonably priced, and friendly service.

Fantastic massage. Same day easy appointment, and again a great massage! Spent the extra time on my pain points, so much appreciated. The 60 minutes was plenty of time on my body.

We went in for a couple's massage last week. Wasn't quite sure what to expect (went by the quality of the other Yelp reviews), but were pleasantly surprised. The massage was excellent, and we left feeling like we were on cloud nine. The spa is a little less fancy than your massage chains, but the massage itself was as good as anywhere else we've been, and the pricing is really affordable. I especially loved the hot rock treatment. We will be going back.

Very relaxing ambiance. Therapists are very friendly and take their time to ensure you are feeling great. They have an infrared sauna that you can sit in afterwards to make it even better. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I were in yesterday for a couple's massage. We get massages pretty regularly (at least once or twice a month) and have tried a lot of different places since we are normally scheduling last minute. When we left Spa Oasis last night we both agreed it was the best massage we'd had in a very long time - possibly ever - and we are hard to please people when it comes to our massages. For me, it was like the masseuse knew what I needed without me saying anything and she worked out kinks that most of the people I see have missed for months. I felt like a new person this morning

It was a nice experience. I didn't know what to expect since it was my first time going here. I deal with chronic back pain and tension in my neck. I told her the issues and she made sure I had a good massage. I would definitely go again.

I've been to half a dozen different places in the Wheaton are but wanted to try somewhere new and I found this gem. The price is a little more than I'm used to at 70 an hour but it was an amazing massage.

I happened to stumble upon this place while looking for a thai massage. They can do any massage and incorporate stretching too!!! It is very clean. The manager was warm, welcoming and accommodating. OHhhh they even have an infrared sauna to use before your massage. That is even rare in the city!!!

Mina gave the most amazing massage. I loved the nature music in the background. Sooo peaceful. There is a simple, spacious spa shower room that was amazing. I think this was the best massage ever! I may have to leave the city more often to visit. Great hours too!

I am very disappointed with this place. We went in for a couple massage, my husband's back was hurting and I thought this was a great idea. But the massage consisted of just putting lotion and massaging your scalp??? Without releasing any tension or getting rid of body knots. As for me, I have gotten massages in many places so I have expectations, and this place was not it. We're new to the area, so it was our fault for picking this place. We're definitely not coming back. It was a waste of money!!
