They will fix your vehicle. They will fix it fast. They will overcharge you if you are a woman. I had my boyfriend call another Sun auto to get a quote on the work i received and he was quoted lower then the price this location gave me. I called a neighboring repair shop and was quoted lower then this shop gave me. They're also very unwelcoming and rude. If you are a woman do not go there. Save your money. I overpaid $200 for a starter because i wasn't aware.

The check engine light on my sons car had come on, we towed the car to Sun auto and they ran a diagnostic on it. They found that the fuel pump had gone out, along with the ignition and the spark plugs. They quoted $3000 for the repair. We had no choice but to go with them, because we needed the car and it was already there. When I picked up the car I asked for them to review the bill with me and explain why it was so expensive. These guys are a piece of work. I would proceed with caution. They charge you for diagnostic check (120) only to charge you for something else (replaced starter) (430+)only to let me know that my whole engine is blown and would cost me 8-10k. My car was fine hadn't used it for a couple of weeks and battery was dead. Now my car according to these gentle is done. It's hard to find a good mechanic let alone an honest franchise. I have always taken my 5 cars here for whatever they needed. In the past, the service was great and they were very professional and responsive. However, on my last two visits it was like a completely different experience. Although, as I've said, I always take my cars there, they didn't have either in their computer. I took my 2013 Ford Edge into Sun Auto for an oil change. We use Sun Auto all the time. The service guy could not find the info on my car. He walked out to the car to get the license plate number and entered it. Then it appeared. So the info was in their system like I told them. I took my vehicle to Sun Auto Service #55 at 8699 Rome Blvd, Las Vegas, NV because my 'check engine light' was on and they are one of the recommended shops by FIXD OBD2 scanner. The AC stopped working in my '03 Tahoe and my regular mechanic was out of town. I dropped it off the night before so it could get looked at in the morning. After diagnosis I was told that they put tracer dye in and found some leaks. They would seal the leaks and recharge the AC system for the cost of $301.27. I was guaranteed that if this was done I would leave with cold air out of all vents. I said go ahead. THEN I was told that there was a safety issue and I should not drive my vehicle AT ALL until this repair was done. The recommended repair

We went here for an Air Conditioning check for my vehicle. The place is clean and welcoming, I like the fact that the mask rules are posted on the entrance doors before entering. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. I had a coupon and they honored it, from start to finish we waited about 2 hours. It's now two months later and my AC is completely not blowing anything anymore. I can hear it running, but it doesn't change capacity or direction when you change the dials. Never had this problem before I took it here and I'm so over asking them to fix a problem they caused. I'm livid that I paid $700 for basically nothing.
