I was so pleased. I just moved here from NM and my poor old Cooper didn't like the 12+ hrs it took to get here. Started throwing all sorts of codes and then my headlight went out. Tried to change it my self but no told and had to end up taking lamp of to get to bulb.... WAIT beyond me. So took it in.... They went out of their way to fix it right then! I'll definitely be back!

I went to Northwest Imports as a result of a pull and a noise in my car after the repair by a body repair shop. After a test drive, an early an accurate diagnosis was made as to the multiple causes. The repairs were made quickly and I am very pleased.

If it were possible to give more stars, then I would absolutely do so. This was my first experience at Northwest Imports, and it was fantastic. I recently purchased a slightly used car, and after taking it to a dealership for initial inspection and oil change, which was exorbitantly expensive, I was told by the dealership I would need to do a recommended service. Their cost for that service was nearly $3,000 but after giving Northwest Imports an opportunity to repeat the inspection, I was told that would not be required as there were only 8,000 miles on the car and all the systems looked good.

Just got done with a very confusing and disappointing email exchange with "Bob" a service "Client Advisor". Besides not taking the time to read what I was asking, I'm left dumbfounded at their service policies.
I understand as a life long amateur mechanic and car enthusiast, that diagnosing and repairing cars is a difficult business. However, when a vehicle make and model has a known and common issue based on engine codes and service alerts, it makes no sense that a shop as astute and well regarded as NWI cannot provide an "estimate" to repair said known issue without spending the better part

I used Northwest Import several years ago and can speak well of the quality service they provide. This recent service covered a long list so I was also impressed and very appreciative of the amount of time spent discussing and prioritizing the work, then recieving a detailed written estimate.
Further as they inspected the engine and various other components, they took the time to reassess the list of priorities with me and then proceeded accordingly. Extensive work was then completed in a very efficient and professional manner. All in all it was a very good experience.

We have two Porsche Macan's. Northwest was super responsive in helping us get oil changes for our vehicles. We received an email for a reminder of our service date. We also received an email to let us know how the service was progressing as well as a text. The oil change was fantastic. I am so glad I found this family owned business. I just had NW Imports change my oil on my Maserati Ghibli SQ4, and they did a great job at a fair price. Andrew was very responsive with the appointment and follow-up, and they even picked me up at the near-by Enterprise car rental since Enterprise stopped the service due to covid.
Will performed the service and was cool enough to share any issues that came up. I think NW has a new customer (and I live far south of town)!

Dave saved the day. I called in after trying to diagnose my check engine light and Dave patiently talked me through what I'd done and gave me a good common sense answer that ended up fixing my problem. He didn't try to just schedule me and move on, he listened, and he didn't make a cent on the deal. He really helped my day and I appreciate it.

They have always done great work for me and I liked them as people but the last time I spent $4600 on various repairs that should have been covered on my warranty and asked them if they could please have my existing warranty cover some of the work. They said they would call the warranty co. and that they could save me $500-$700 but they never called me back and I never saved the money.
So for that case I can't go back now. Now I am going to a different place that does good work too.
Wish this could have been taken care of a few months ago but it wasn't.

So glad I found this place!! I have a Porsche Cayenne and needed an oil change. I didnt want to pay $500 for the dealership to do it and was scared to let anyone else touch her. I saw the good reviews and gave Northwest Imports a try. SO glad I did!

Through a bit of research, I came across the reviews for this shop. I am always weary about trusting all that I read. These guys did not disappoint! After getting a few quotes from other mechanics, I stopped by and was quoted half of what others proposed. I needed a couple belts replaced and dropped of my car around noon. They not only offered me a ride but had my car done a few hours later! This will be the only place that I bring my Infiniti from here on out! Thank you guys for your honesty and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

I took my S2000 in with a problem with the clutch or transmission. They could've told me just about anything and I would believe them everything from having a the clutch replaced or to needing hydraulic hoses. They determined that it was just a problem with not having enough fluid in the clutch hydraulics. It's really nice to deal with an honest repair shop

These guys are great! I called in after 2pm. as I was leaving on a road trip the next day to Florida and felt like my air conditioning was not working to it's potential on my Mercedes E350. They were friendly and told me to bring in my car to check it out. After bringing in my car they brought me back to my home so I did not have to wait for the afternoon and also picked me up when the car for ready to be picked up. They check out the air conditioning and felt that it needed a small recharge but nothing significant. On top of that they did not charge me for this service. If your looking for

David at Northwest Imports was incredibly thorough with my daughter's Nissan Rogue. I took my car to Northwest Imports last week when the check engine light came on and it wouldn't accelerate more than 40 mph. Yikes!
Andrew and David were courteous on the phone as well as in person and I was able to make an appointment to get it in right away. Each staff member there was polite, prompt and professional. They kept me updated over the phone of what was going on with the car and that they were looking to see if the issue would be under warranty.
When I picked the car up, David told me that the issue was under warranty after all and would have been no cost if I would

My wife's 2011 Audi A6 3.0T has been serviced by NW Imports since we bought it in early 2014. Tracy and David, as well as the technician team have done a fantastic job of maintaining and repairing this vehicle. I have to say, I'm not a big Yelp fan because it gives the "village idiot" a voice, and too much power, but this time it paid off as a reference tool because the high rankings match the service. Sorry to say the next Oil Change/Service interval visit will likely be our last since we are moving to New Orleans. Hope we can find a nice independent shop as this in Louisiana
