I am generally a nervous Nelly when it comes to dentists. Dr. Chan has excellent bedside manner and is very reassuring with his procedures letting you know exactly what he is doing while working on your tooth. I recommend his very kind office and medical staff. He is a gentle and understanding doctor.

Dr. Chan and his team get 10 stars! 🌟 I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chan’s for the past 3+ years, and every time I visit, everyone here goes above and beyond in helping their patients feel 100% comfortable and cared for.
It was time for my 6 month cleaning, and I was taken care of by Elissa, who also performed a periodontal charting for me. She was so thorough and professional in explaining each process, and she made this visit so enjoyable!
I’ve also received excellent care from Stephanie and Lynette, who are both so kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and I always enjoy the fun talks with

First time patient experience was a 10/10! The staff is friendly, the appointments are ran on time, and Elissa is amazing!! She did a wonderful job informing me about my teeth as she went. Her energy is magnetic! Minal did an amazing job breaking down the insurance information to ensure I get the best pricing available! Everyone at Chan’s Dental is a rockstar!

I cannot say enough good about this office . This has to be the best dental practice in Southern California .
Dr Chan is outstanding, kind and professional . His work is excellent and always pain-free. My teeth look so much better after my recent appointments, including my teeth whitening , which Mario administered expertly. The whole staff is excellent including Elisa who is my longtime hygienist and Morgan , who always greets me with a smile and a kind word . With the current Covid crisis , I nevertheless feel 100% safe under their care ; they are dealing with this extremely professionally

Stephanie, the hygienist was very nice and explained everything so well for me to understand. She had no issue with all the questions I asked and was able to inform me about the ways to handle my issues. Dr. Chan was nice, he came in to verify what Stephanie said and it made me feel like they both cared about the well being of my teeth.
This was… also my daughters first time visiting a dental office and the technician Mario definitely made her feel comfortable and explained everything that would be done in her cleaning. She especially loved that they have a treasure chest where she was able

Dr.Chan and his team are just amazing! My husband and I were in need of a new dentist about three years ago, we found Dr. Chan’s dentist, and my husband dragged me down to check it out. The office is convenient with plenty of parking and a beautiful waterfall view outside his window. I was super fearful of dentists, and on that first visit to check the office out, Dr. Chan and his staff made me at ease, and even though I was in tears I knew these people would do everything they could to be the best for me. I. now go willingly to my favorite hygienist Lynette and Dr. Chan has done some amazing

Dr. Chan is a great dentist with a great friendly staff. Dr. Chan is very good at explaining everything and has wonderful bedside manners. I was referred to him by my periodontist and I like how they have communicated together to come up with my best care. I also recently had a teeth cleaning and the dental hygienist was so gentle and made what is usually a dreadful experience more pleasant. I am so happy I found this practice as I always have teeth issues but don’t dread it quite as much now knowing Dr. Chan will fix it with care.

Never thought I’d say this about a dentist, but what a wonderful experience! Dreaded looking for a new dentist after my prior retired and so put it off for a couple of years. Found Chan Dental through my MetLife provider directory and they have been incredibly friendly and professional. From the front office staff-to the hygienists-to Dr. Chan… himself! He explains everything in detail so there are no surprises. The new patient registration process is all done online which worked seamlessly. I just absolutely love everything about this office. Dr. Chan is wonderful and always makes me smile. I came to this practice literally fearful, and in tears with fear, but they absolutely changed me, I kinda like going to the dentist now! Lynette is wonderful, and I love getting my cleaning with her too! The rest of the staff is awesome, and so accommodating!!! I basically just can’t say enough about how you should all come to my dentist!

Dr. Chan is the best!! He gives honest recommendations as though " i was his sister". Their latest addition to the office Elizabeth is a dental "concierge" I've never heard of such a position, but it's a genius! I over heard her giving a tour of the office to a new patient. Love my hygienist's Elissa and Lynette, they are positive and patient even when I don't follow up with my home care. Did i mention their convenient location???? I can get my cleaning done on my lunch hour. Thank you Dr. Chan and office!
