Services
This treatment is not just for nails, but for the whole hand. Hands are soaked, scrubbed with a body polish, massaged, then dipped in paraffin. Hands are gently exfoliated then a mask is applied followed by a hydrating dip in warm paraffin. Next enjoy a hand, wrist and forearm massage before nails are prepared and finally polished with the color of your choice.
The body is first dry brushed to loosen dead skin debris, cleansed and treated to an herbal masque and wrap. The body will get extremely spicy as its circulation increases. Cool water will rinse away all herbal extracts to reveal a firmer, more even-textured skin. A highly effective and stimulating treatment that can be done twice a week as part of an ongoing program for long term results.
Hydrotherapy - or water therapy - uses water to stimulate the body's own healing powers. Hydrotherapy treatments include using water temperature, water motion, water content, and the internal uses of water. Such treatments improve sleep, digestions, bowel function, and increase energy levels. They are also used to reduce stress and pain.

Today I went to purchase a gift card for a friend and was met with an incredibly rude staff member. The address is difficult to pinpoint, and when I called to get more information, the person on the phone acted like I was an idiot and that my phone call was a ridiculous inconvenience to her. When I entered the store, already feeling a bit anxious, I was met with more rudeness. The front of the store is cute, has lots of little gifts, clothes, and Knick knacks, so it didn't really seem like I was in the right place. So I asked - and wowza, if looks could kill, I would be a goner. Obviously

Lena was a great therapist who listened to exactly what I wanted. The front staff was very friendly and the facility was great. I recommend this place above the other places I've visited for quality and level of service. It's a hidden gem that I wish I had discovered long ago before I had spend a year on a membership at another spa. I've already booked my next appointment.

Paid 75$ for nothing.. I went in for a body exfoliation treatment. The lady applied scrub never rubbed it in or scrubbed at all. I said is that all you do for 75$? She said "yep" she told me to get in the shower and really scrub, then we apply lotion..she said " well maybe I can do a light message" I didn't want to get a message ,I wanted a body scrub treatment.
When I went to the front I was asked how the treatment was and I said NOT good, was not happy with what I got and and she didn't scrub at all, she replied " oh im sure she did you will probably notice it tomorrow"

This place is AMAZING!!!!! Prompt friendly service. Every effort was made to make me feel like a queen. The staff is so attentive. I was so relaxed and pampered. Their spa is top of the line. I'm already planning my next adventure at Spa 9700. I am very picky, very critical and I have very high expectations when I spend my time and money. I found nothing wrong with this facility. I can't say enough wonderful things about the spa, the service and the staff. TOP OF THE LINE CARE

I came here because I had a $50 gift certificate from a business associate. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on top of it, so I scheduled a pedicure - one of the few services covered for that amount.
The spa has a cute little gift shop in the front, filled with cosmetics, candles, random gift items, clothes, etc.
The spa space itself was small and nice, but a little run down and dated. It could certainly use some updating.
My technician, Kendle (sp?), was nice and professional.
Unfortunately she was running late so we started 15 minutes late. My appointment altogether ran about 1 1

Called three days before to make an appointment for an inch loss wrap, the morning of an event I had to attend and when I arrived they were disorganized and did not have an appointment for me in the system and began making excuses. Then, she tried to give me a later appointment but had no knowledge of how long it would take me or what all they involved. I drove 45 minutes for a "good" spa that's been open for 12 years. Terrible service.

Great Spa, wonderful knowledgeable, and professional staff. I worked with Andrea for over two months to plan a morning Spa day for a wedding party. She was able to add, move, and shuffle appointments for 10 different people all in one day. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating.
We had everything from manicures, to Messages completed. Everyone enjoyed each of their services.
They made sure that we had everything we could have needed. This is a great SPA that has a wonderful staff. If I am back in Knoxville I know where I will be headed to get a treatment.
