We love Skadron animal hospital! We have seen a few different Drs there and have had nothing but great experiences with each one. My cat, Moses, turns into a raving lunatic at the vet but Dr. Skadron makes an excellent tag team partner and has a great attitude and a true love of pets. The clinic itself is very inviting and they've got a bunch of awesome office cats too. All of the staff have been great as well. A great experience all around for pets and their owners!

I’ve been going to Skadron for almost 20 years. They are very knowledgeable and always looking for ways to help save money with the best quality care for all my pets. I know many of the vets personally attend seminars and similar, to learn about the latest and safest resources available, as well as upcoming or new procedures/medications in the process of being approved. I have a 15 year old min pinscher. Many of the vets there have/had senior pets themselves and fully understand just what we are going through. Every single person I met here was so kind. The atmosphere is so inviting, lots of beautiful art on the walls, and the lobby was clean and warm. The kitties in the lobby were all very sweet. My dog is pretty unsure of cats, and the staff were vigilant and understanding. The prices were even incredibly reasonable. I just really enjoyed this place, and will certainly keep coming back.

I recently had my my first visit to Skadron Animal Hospital with my new puppy Midge. I couldn't have been more pleased with the care and the reception both Midge and I received. I had questions that I felt were answered honestly and helped me make more informed decisions about my puppy. I am so glad I chose to come here. I loved my former clinic, but unfortunately the doctor passed away. To know that I have chosen and exceptional clinic for my new dog, makes me as a pet owner at ease and so happy with my decision. They are excellent.

My family has been bringing our dogs to Tom since I was a kid and we have always had a great experience. My husband and I drive out of our way to Skadron with our 2 year old Golden Retriever because we know that we will be treated like family. Tom and his staff are responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind people that love what they do. Our dog has no problem with being fearful of the vet because they take such great care of him. We’d highly recommend Skadron! You will be in great hands!

Skadron Animal Hospital has saved our animals lives not once but twice. We first went to Skadron to have our dog’s tail docked (we had just adopted him and his happy tail was a risk for infection). Thanks to Dr. Tom Skadron’s diligence, we learned our dog had fully developed adult heart worms- something the rescue did not disclose. Dr. Tom was… amazing about answering our questions, helping us deal with the rescue, and gave our dog, Dexter, an amazingly high quality of care. Six month later, we took our cat Mitzi in because she was acting odd. The vet suspected she had eaten

When I tell you that these people care about your pets as much as you do, I mean it! We had an emotional roller coaster of a ride, and our road ended us at Skadron. By the time we had gotten to them, our last… resort was euthanizing our amazing, loving dog. We had been to multiple vets over the course of a week, and had spent thousands of dollars already. Our dog had an intestinal obstruction that was taken out on a Monday, and by Saturday he was declining so fast we thought he wouldn’t even make it through the weekend. We sent over all of our records for him, and Dr Skadron looked

Hands down- the best crew there is. To understand the need of slow intros with rescues and helping foster homes find non invasive solutions to simple problems is so important. Meeting multiple doctors… including the owner to pop in and see if they can offer different thoughts and solutions, is something I’ve never experienced. I left with teary eyes, just amazed that there are still so many great people in the world. This team is just the best. ❤️
