At Nicholasville Road Animal Hospital we strive to provide quality, preventative, and sick care to the best of our abilities in a kind and courteous manner with respect to the owners, co-workers, and pets themselves.
I recently took my cat Camp (rescued kitten 4 weeks old) and dog Oreo (senior rescue) back for their year exam and rabies shots. Dr. Riney and staff was awesome as usual with both animals. I'm now going to entrust them with the care of my senior rescue cat that we have had since 2005 and returned to Oklahoma to her original vet.
It's important for all pets to receive annual physical examinations and preventive check-ups. Dog and cat owners provide these for their pets, and exotic pet owners should do the same. We strongly believe in the power of preventative health care and in taking the time to work with owners on issues such as diet, behavior, and housing, we believe that these pets will live longer, healthier, and happier lives.

Dr. Riney was wonderful! My kitty had a sore throat and I could tell he was sick. I was a new patient but they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Dr. Riney didn't rush the visit and was very gentle and loving with my baby. The pricing was very fair and the staff was wonderful. Such a great experience. ❤️ Highly recommend!

This vet clinic is the best I have ever been to! They are extremely professional, quick, and friendly. They answered all the questions I had and took wonderful care of my cat and two kittens. I have another appointment for my other three cats and plan to move my dogs here eventually too if all goes well. I have lots of different animals and it has been very hard to find a vet clinic I like and trust but these guys have hit all the marks! 10 out of 10 would recommend! I am so glad I have finally found them! :)

Every visit has been pleasant. Even during the trying times with the pandemic, the Nicholasville Road Animal Hospital have made everything convenient and as comfortable as possible. Staff members are courteous, attentive, informative - overall great bed/petside manners. I am pleased and impressed!
