Our technicians use the most current and up to date tools and equipment available so we are able to service all brands of vehicles, new and old. Many collision shops in the area bring their customer's vehicles to us for alignments and other computer related diagnostic services. We know it's hard to get around without your vehicle.
You're waiting room is always clean and comfortable. All the guys are great and I feel like you can be trusted to only charge me for what my car actually needs. Service at Hudson and Mowins is consistently excellent. No one likes to spend $$$ to fix a car, but knowing you can trust your mechanic greatly reduces the anxiety.

I was a walk-in customer and was looking for pricing to service the AC. Very nice customer service!! I think his name is Jeff. I explained my situation and he was very knowledgeable about what the problem/problems are. I was given an estimate and decided to wait, if I had the money I would fully trust them to do work on any vehicle I have!

I own a 93 Corvette that had an issue staying running. It didnt show a check engine light. I took it to a GM dealership, who kept my car for 2 months, and another garage, and neither could figure out the problem. I took it to Hudson & Mowins and they had the problem identified and fixed in a few days. The car runs beautifully now. Knowledge and technique is key, and these guys have it. Many garages just depend on a computer to tell them what to do, instead of using mechanical knowhow. If you own an older car, save yourself the aggravation and bring it here. They have the technology, tools and knowledge

Jeff and his staff are happy to see you when you arrive. Their work is accurate and on time. Sometimes a loaner car is available if you need to go and your car needs to stay. The garage and waiting room are clean and organized. This is not your average garage and mechanics! If you want excellent car care, take your car to Hudson & Mowins!

The ultimate in customer service and friendliness, efficient and honest. They treat women respectfully and provided a great recommendation for minor windshield repair. They store and switch out my winter and summer tires, important because I live in an apartment with a tiny garage. The unexpected bonus? A great dog to pet, whose name I forget but whose friendly face I'll look for each time I visit.

Brought in my car to have the gas tank replaced and was told it would take about 3 hours. In the end I was there for 5.5 (the mechanic took an hour lunch break) but they charged me for 6 hours. In the Chilton manual it says this repair should take 2.3 hours. No wonder they have all those fancy solar panels on their roof - they overcharge everyone! When trying to get the overcharge resolved they were rude and said I was told it would be "marked up" and that their hourly rate "can vary." Huh?! Brought in my VW today for LOF an inspection and removal of my snow tires.
It was done on time, the place is clean and neat. The staff friendly and helpful.
It came in within 67 cents of what I had thought it would cost.
This is my second time here and I have been happy both times....I guess Drivers Village has lost a customer.
