I took my car because the battery and brake light was on, it turned out to be a bit more of the problem that thanks to pat’s automotive they solved it and with a service of class and quality. I am very happy with the treatment and service and this will definitely be my car's new home for services. very happy, grateful and blessed to have them. I definitely and without a doubt recommend them 200%.

I’m so thankful to have Pat’s down the street! Top notch service and can be easily reached regarding service. A great example: I had been hearing a noise underneath my car that sounded like an airplane taking off. I don’t know anything about cars, the noise was getting worse and I’m thinking the worse. I took a chance and stopped at Pat’s on my way home from work. I’m glad I did because Pat drove with me around the block, knew exactly what the issue was, kept my car overnight and I had my car back the next day when I got out of work. Moral of the story is he wasted no time to diagnose

WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE. if i could have put zero stars i would. This guy pat was very unprofessional. I later found out he did not change the part that i paid him to change. The old part was still there and the new mechanic said all he did was clear the codes. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. IF YOU DO, DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU.

I see a lot of bad reviews here and I feel compelled to speak out to support Pat's. Pat has worked with my father and I on our Subaru's over the years and they are not easy to work on. Pat always did a great job. Maybe he is not the most social person and if you want things done right it takes time. The work that comes out of this garage is quality. That's all I can say. If you want the work to be great. Take you car here. If you are looking to be coddled and be friends go somewhere else. If you respect them, they will respect you. Found the garage from a photo inspection for insurance. Covid times are a bit more trying for all of us. But Pat made it simple, easy, and safe. He was kind and professional and made sure to check on how the inspection could be done so I felt safe and secure.
Recently, I slid on some black ice and slammed my tire into a curb. Pat explained the damage clearly, and further quoted out all the other possible problems that the accident might have caused. He then worked to get my vehicle fixed at the cheapest possible cost.

Trying to sum my experience up. I called helped me out the best he could with my transmission warranty issue, I was under the impression it was a $50 charge for diagnostic but if warranty approved claim they would cover it however they did not cover it. So I contacted my dealership where I purchased car from and they prompted me to have my vehicle towed there, I called Pat to let him know around 3pm. He pretty much got upset and said "so thats just it? your going to just take your car and I dont get anything for diagnosing and talking to your warranty company" So since i was under the impression

During the last year we have had both of our cars serviced at Pat’s Automotive. We have been very satisfied. Work is well done and Pat explains what is needed very thoroughly. I drove in one day because my car was making a bumping noise. Pat looked at it that afternoon. He found a screw wedged sideways in my tire. Pat took the time to show me where he found it and how it could have been much worse. We will definitely keep going back to this establishment.

I came in today for an inspection. I was told over the phone to remain in my car, which I did while wearing my mask. The owner then came out without a mask and told me I needed to roll my window all the way down presumably to have a conversation with him. I told him that I wouldn't because he wasn't wearing a mask and was standing next to my door less than two feet away from me. He aggressively commanded me to wear a mask (I was) and stated he didn't have to because it was his business. Upon reminding him there's a state mandate, he angrily taunted "You wear a mask! Came in to get a photo inspection done for my vehicle at 12:40. The owner approached my vehicle and commanded I wear a mask, even though I'm in my car and he was not wearing one. Told me I had to give him a copy of my insurance. While waiting in my car to download my insurance app to send/pull up my insurance card he came out again without a mask. When I informed him I was pulling up the card he took a breath turned away (what seemed to be rage) then turned back commanding me again to put on a mask and that he would not accept anything but a paper copy for his own protection. He was hands down
