Hi, I am Caryl and I am Dr. Nazir's chief assistant and I have lived in the Bay area all my life. I have been in the dental field since 1979 and have worked in different capacities, such as working at the Alameda Coast Guard, at both the USCSF and UOP dental schools and other dental specialties such as Endodontics, Prosthodontics, Pedodontics, Oral Surgery and Periodontics.
We enjoy serving the communities of Danville, Alamo, and Brookshire, California, as well as the surrounding areas. Our mission is to exceed the expectations of every patient. Dr. Nazir and the entire team here at Smiles N Braces are laser-focused on serving our patients. Because of all of the amazing relationships that we've created over the years and continue to create, we love coming into the office every day.
Dr. Reshma Nazir, DDS, FFDRCSI, is completely committed to providing patients with the highest level of care possible. Having graduated from dental school in 1993, Dr Nazir has almost three decades of experience in the dental arena. She worked for several years in the UK, India and the Middle East, before moving to the United States for a promising and brighter future.

Dr. Nazir and her staff are always courteous, professional and efficient. They provide excellent customer service and are very responsive to their patients' needs. I have been a patient of Dr. Nazir for a number of years, and consider her practice one of the best in the area. I also like the coffee.

My teeth are looking better. The one star I took off is due to the fact that I’m allergic to Latex. I think she uses latex gloves as the standard choice, latex allergy is listed on my chart. The first time I reminded her when she had latex gloves and started itching around my lips. The second time she did it again, and i reminded her. The third time the assistant had nitrile gloves ready but she still grabbed the latex instead. Three times she’s used latex gloves and I end up with a rash around my lips and my lower face. The itching get so bad through out the rest of the day. So just remind

On a recent trip to the Bay Area, I needed to address a dental situation – I was referred to Dr. Nazir at Smiles N Braces.
Of course, I was apprehensive to go to a dentist, and a new one at that – she allayed my concerns, her detailed explanation was very informative and delivered in a thoughtful and emphatic manner – she was great with easing my concerns/fears..
Dr. Nazir and her staff actually makes the dental visit a pleasure and not an experience to avoid.
Smiles N Braces is a very well appointed facility - a comforting and soothing environment

Dr. Nazir will change your perception on dentist visit. To start with her office has state of the art technology (giving me a change to catch up on my netflix while I'm on the chair), but what really gets me is the staff and their service, that treats you like family, and the trust they earned, that she has my best interests at heart.
An added bonus for me is that she is an absolute natural with kids. Proof of that is my 4 year old looks forward to going for his dental visits :)! I definitely recommend Dr.Nazir's Smiles and Braces for all your dental needs.
