J & A Transmission & Auto Service Inc. is a family-owned business, run by brothers John McNabb and Aaron McNabb. Both are lifelong residents of Morris and ASE Master Certified Technicians. In 1990, John McNabb graduated the Academy of Automatics and opened a transmission rebuilding shop called John's Transmission.

I work for a Small Business - Alarm Company and I was informed by my technician that he had a driveability issue with his van at 5:30am on Thursday. I had him contact J & A Transmission since he lives locally and see when they might be able to get the vehicle in for diagnosis. I knew everyone was backed up. He told me would be next week. Told technician to drop it off as it wasn't going to do us any good anyway. I get a call hours later that John the owner told my technician to stick around and he would see if he himself could test drive the vehicle to see if a major transmission issue or a quick

I brought my truck here for a rear differential and bearing replacement. They quoted me a good price and even after them having to order a few more parts, they still stayed around the original price. On top of me calling alot for updates, they replaced my diff cover and bolts which was unexpected. I would recommend taking your vehicle here.
