I was having trouble with my van. They said the alternator was bad which had just been replaced. SOMEHOW thenew alternator ended up with a broken post after they tried to put in a new one. They said it came in like that. Not true since I helped put it in and conveniently they too no pics of it. They charged me to Jerry rig the alternator and when I got it home it would not start. They wanted 1200.00 to fix it AGAIN... after some research we found a VERY common problem and bought the solution for that problem. The van started

I went in for an alignment, was advised I needed a more extensive repair. I took their advice and had them replace the needed parts. I ended up having a catastrophic incident that required thousands of dollars in damage and necessary repair. Multiple mechanics and automotive professionals diagnosed the root cause very easily and it came back to faulty work done be integrity automotive. Integrity has chosen not to stand behind their work and laughed off this occurrence when brought to their attention. They stated they only hire good workers and they couldn’t have made the mistake in question

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Integrity Automotive. I own a 1997 Pontiac Firebird and needed some preventative maintenance along with a new exhaust system installed. I had been looking for a reputable mechanic near me, and I struck gold with them. Their service was inexpensive, thorough, and detailed. I would highly recommend you have your vehicle serviced there the next time you need it. I know I sure will!

The name says it all, local family business with Integrity! They care about their customers and go above and beyond in the service they provide. I went in for an oil change and had no idea that there was a cabin filter. After seeing mine, that had not been changed in the 6 years I've owned my vehicle, I had to get it replaced. Very fair and honest pricing. The dealer I had been taking my car to never mentioned the existence of a cabin filter because it is hard to get to. We've also gone in with issues with my daughters car and they gave us recall information so we would not waste money on something

For the past 5 years I had taken my Audi Q7 to an Audi (dealership) service dept in Orland Park for all my routine maintenance, tire needs and repair issues. For over a YEAR now I had my oil sensor come on and off and the Audi service dept could not give me an answer even after running the diagnostics! They are truly amazing people. Hearts of gold! I asked to drop my car off earlier than scheduled and they made it happen even with all the regulations COVID has forced upon them. It was so sweet they even gave me a free car wash since I am going through a rough time right now.

The name says it all. INTEGRITY!Knowledgeable and very helpful. Ran diagnoses on my daughters car. Only charged half the price and went way above and beyond what they had to in informing us about a recent class action lawsuit with the car and educated us about what we should do next and key points to bring up when advocating for our selves when contacting Ford. Also printed out articles for us regarding the recall. They could have very easily done work to fix the problems and never mention the recall or that Ford should be fixing this problem. Highly recommended.
