CEREC crowns, also known as "same-day crowns, " are made using our in-office 3D CAD/CAM milling machine, which means we can create your crown and place it during a single appointment. Same-day crowns make it easy and convenient to restore a damaged or decayed tooth. We offer both partial and full dentures.

Called to see a dentist on an emergency basis today. Within an hour I was at the office and saw Dr Tori. From the phone call and until I left, everything was top notch. From the receptionist( extremely caring and sweet as can be), to the Drs assistant (also sweet as can be and knowledgeable on what needed to be done). Dr Tori was exceptional, addressed my situation to find a solution also very caring, professional and didn’t quit until we could find a solution. I would definitely recommend this office for all your dental needs

Since the first appointment this practice has been welcoming and extremely professional. The staff graciously answers all questions a patient could have and always creates a warm atmosphere. The service I’ve received at Confident Smiles exceeds the previous practices I’ve been at by a long stretch. I strongly recommended them to anyone who is hasn’t found a dentist, or is considering finding an alternative to their current one. The location is a bit of a drive from where I live but it is well worth it!

Very professional staff! Great balance between friendliness and professionalism. High markings for both! Very thorough and explained the required work vs recommended work to be done. No pressure, just options. We are new Tennessee residents so this was our first visit. Really appreciated the communication effort they made with my new periodontist re a tooth. I have been having regular dental care for over 20 years and have not experienced any collaboration between dentists and peridontists previously. First visit to this dental office. Awesome dental visit ! All of the personnel were so friendly, informative and professional. Loved the Hygienist ,she did an excellent job and was very gentle, thorough, and informative. Dr Luis was fantastic. He was thorough, informative, and he listened to me re some problems or discomforts I was having with… my implant denture..then did an adjustment on it that we hope will clear this up. Also discussed some other things I asked about and discussed cost etc and what insurance may and what it will not cover. Love my new dentist and dental office staff

Staff and Doctors are beyond fantastic. I called this morning desperate and in pain from a cavity under a bridge. I received immediate compassion and the lady I spoke with (I hate that I have no names to reference) went above and beyond to get me in this afternoon.
My tooth was extracted and I was given antibiotics. I’m starting to feel some expected discomfort but nothing like the pain I had been struggling with.
I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude. I was looking at 2 weeks of waiting everywhere else I called.

Great dental office! Ezra, Dr. Luis and Dr.Tori, and Lacey are all amazing! I am treated so well there and feel safe in the expertise of my doctors. Very clean and welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new dentist. You cannot go wrong with this office filled with great people!
