You will not find a better commercial real estate firm than The Menlo Group. We used Rich Andrus two times in the past three years. First he created a fantastic 10 year NNN lease agreement that enabled my wife and I to retire and live off of the the very lucrative rental income for three years. Then at the three year mark, he recommended to sell the property because the lease still had another 7 years and that remaining term would be very appealing to a potential buyer. Sure enough that is exactly what happened. We put our building up for sale in January 2021 and by March we had an over asking
